Mulligan’s Restaurant & Pub, Canton OH

The rumor's are true. Mulligan's service and food is a far cry from what it used to be. We waited over 40 minutes for our food, and when it finally did come out it was dry and cold, with an embarrassing small potion of chicken. When a Jameson whiskey was ordered, the server said she would have to "check" if the bar stocked it. Pretty sad when an "Irish" restaurant does not train their servers to even understand what Irish whiskey is. The server was so bad, the owner/manager had to wait on us. We were not the only unhappy customers, out of the FOUR tables in the restaurant, one got up and walked out. The police were called, so that made a lovely atmosphere combined with the political banners hanging from the ceiling for our family trying to celebrate my parents 60th wedding anniversary dinner. We tried to make the best of it, but it was just sad. We've celebrated so many family milestones in that restaurant, but we will never go back.

Stopped for dinner after a 15 hour drive. Service was amazing. 2 stars for service! My food however (chicken wings) were served half basically raw and then after I sent them back “she” (the manager I’m assuming) still charged $7 dollars for them. Avoid this place for sure. A manager didn’t even come to talk to me about these undercooked wings. It was just dismissed.

I spent me whole time with an Irish brogue, joking that this was Roxbury's Irish Pub, where the inside looks like the outside, and the outside looks like the inside.

Our bartender was the best. She talked us out of our entrees and into the enormous chicken nachos, which we followed up with the fantastic potato soup which was the soup du jour that day.

Ordered filet had so much gristle could not eat it. Salads were warm and wilty. Ordered a pina colada, which had no flavor, latter they told me that they were out of coconut.

Ordered Chicken Tenders and the fryer oil looks like it hasn't been changed in weeks.another member of my party ordered a cheeseburger and it was really burnt.

Food was fabulous, service was lacking. Waited about 20min for a server to acknowledge us at all, and place wasn't overly busy

My wife and I are big fans and our first chance to visit since ownership change. Same great food and service. The fixtures and tile work are classic.

Very good meal and service pricing is online pork chops and ribs are very good the prime rib is very large portions. Service was very good all around a great experience

I read all the reviews before we went and I was expecting this to be terrible. Started at the bar while waiting on our party to arrive. The bartenders were super into helping make a shot my friend asked for. Our waitress was awesome. Nice, tentative and knowledgeable about the menu. The mushrooms were huge and delicious! My steak could have been done a little bit more but it was very flavorful and tender. Cheesecake looked good try it tomorrow.

My daughter likes the ribs. I had the cod sandwich that tasted much like the grease it was cooked in. Burned. The chips were good. The service person was friendly but really hard to find. Waited quite awhile for our bill. People beside us also said “I think they forgot about us! ”

Not the same Mulligans, steak was over cooked, sweet potato was hard and the service was very slow.

I was traveling in Northeast Ohio for business and needed to get lunch with my team. We stopped in for lunch. The service and food were fine, nothing bad and nothing fantastic. But the facility is dated, and could use some general refreshing.

Prices are high
Service was good but a little slow. Everyone in my party enjoyed their meals. My pasta was a little overcooked and my clove of garlic wasn't cooked.

Stopped in we where only looking for lunch which was good but they had some pretty high dollar steaks on the menu. So next time I got a few bucks I might go back. Also if you like fried mushrooms they are great here about the size of the palm of your hand huge.

My fries were too salty and greasy, and my reuben was too greasy although it had a good flavor. Would not repeat.

Great experience at Mulligans! The food is amazing and the customer service was fantastic! Our server was the best server we ever had and Joanna the owner even came over to make sure we were happy! I would highly recommend this restaurant to your friends and family!

Service was excellent, portions generous, Quality of the Prime Rib was less that acceptable. Meat was tough and hard to chew. Will have to look for a new go to place for good Prime Rib.

Had to wait over a half hour for our order didn’t seem like it was that busy. My boyfriends meal was missing a side. Waitress seemed to forget about us. We needed refills for some time and had to wait for the side and by that time the chicken was cold. Other meal was scampi and lobster could not even finish it was gross.

I wasnt very happy that they upped the prices on the menu, and gave less food. Used to be our favorite restraunt before the new owners. We wont be going back!

Great burgers and good selection of craft beers. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Good meal experience and good value
