Mullin Brothers Painting, Cleveland OH

I'm just starting to work with Mullin Bros on their power washing and painting of my house and garage exterior. I've read all the reviews and am really hoping for a wonderful outcome by them. My mother left me this house when she passed that we've had since 1957 so it means a lot to me that this work is done correctly and well. I'm on a low income so I can't afford to get this painting done twice. I will update my review when this work is finished. Praying for a favorable outcome and great workmanship. I want my mom and dad to look down and be proud of this work. I'm very nervous.

Horrible experience. They don’t answer phone. No return calls. Lied to. No show……Beware of giving these people any of your hard earned money.

Very unhappy! Poor craftsmanship and skill. I was so unhappy after several attempts to make it right I am hiring another contractor to finish. Management was no help. They continued to send the same incompetent sub contractor back after I told them to never send him to my house again. They admitted that he was “learning” and to be patient. His learning was at my expensive cost!

Called and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. They did not show up for the appointment and did not return my call when I called to see what was going on. At least have the professionalism to communicate with a potential client.

Mullins Brothers team was kind and helpful. My house looks amazing and new. Would highly recommend to all. Great job!

Andrew came out to quote for a full paint job on the house, he was very professional, honest and straight forward! It was a fabulous experience and the quote was extremely reasonable! Our timeframe is pushed out slightly but we will definitely be using Mullin Bros for the job! Can’t wait to see it all completed! Thanks Andrew B!

So I called for an estimate and they sent a gentleman out that took notes on what I wanted done. I needed a few pieces of siding replaced and I wanted to remove the aluminum trim around all the windows, doors and the trim on front porch poles with Vinyl trim. Then paint the soffit and gutters around top of home and front porch. Lastly paint the brick on bottom of home and floor of front porch. Waited 5 days and no call or email with estimate. Called several times and only got 1 call back saying I would get a call back. Then I receive a call 7 days later now from a female saying they are not going to put a bid in because it wasn't enough work to paint trim of home which is not what I asked for. I explained that I need paint AND siding replaced along with ALL windows and door trims. I was told I would receive another call back and nothing! Absolutely no call back. The experience with this company is very unprofessional.
