I use this company quite often and reffered them to a lot of people until today I get the same machine for the same price everytime I went to pay and when I did the price was raised $45 dollars I didn’t complain I paid the price I didn’t even get to use the machine due to it raining I rushed the machine back to the store A little late and reserved the machine for the next day and he said i owed 50$ the first time I ever brought it back late after all the money I spent here and all the people I sent their was shocking to me they charged me a late fee on a rain day smh

Very professional I was upset about a tool not working. Which it wasn’t the tool it was the operator they explained to me how the tool worked and I was able to finish the job. They were very respectful even though I was frustrated. They showed compassion and I appreciate that. Highly recommend renting from them. I found out later they are a small family owned business not a big box company. They treat you as a person part of their family not just another number.

Excellent tool rental! Has everything you need for any home improvement project.the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I've rented multiple tools from murray's and have always had a great experience! Will definitely come back for my next project

Murray's equipment failed me. When I returned it for a refund, the owner rudely and aggressively accused me, falsely, without proof, of causing the failure. During this unpleasant interaction, he was too close for comfort, raised his voice at me, and did not wear a mask as he refused my refund. I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

This place is only good for a small project.

If you need to rent machinery is the worse place ever. I had a power buggy multiple times lined up to pick up after having a 2 days reservation and the rented to others before I show up to pick up my rental, the haved done this multiple times where I need to cancel my concrete job for the day. I dont reccomend this place to no one. FRANKLY EQUIPMENT #1 is the place to be the well be treating you with care

The owner is Rude, the staff are rude. They are famous for renting equipment that doesn’t work and then not refunding your money. I would not recommend this company at all. PLEASE Go rent elsewhere or buy your own this company isn’t worth the hassle of losing any money.
