Took our daughter here for vocal lesson for a month and informed them it would only be 4 weeks and to cancel further payment after that. Vocal teacher was great and worked really well with my duaghter. My wife created the schedule around her work schedule for the 4 week period snd everything was great until the last day. They charged us for another 4 weeks, refused to give us our money back, claimed we had rescheduled the last day (which we did not, the schedule was made the day we signed up) and by "rescheduling" it rolled us into another 4 week packet of classes whuch we did not want. Christine the manager yelled and my wife, got mouthy with me, raised her voice and constantly interrupted me on the phone. Refused to give me the district managers number and offered zero resolution. They literally stole our money. We've email jarrod, the district manager and was also told he would call. He has yet to do either and its been almost a month. The only reason this place got 2 stars is because the vocal coach is great. Their manager christine is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Lies, steals and is extremely disrespectful.

Has a nice selection of musical equipment. They were very helpful at finding what I needed.

My son is a 6’4 high school sophomore, the marching drum harnesses are not one size fits all. They do make extended sizes but none are currently available. It is because of Tim in the service department that Alex will be marching with the quads! Tim went above and beyond to help us out. He built a harness that fit my son’s broad shoulders and height! I am beyond thankful and impressed with Tim!

The teachers are wonderful, but the woman that runs it is a bad business woman and doesn't inform you that she is saving your card info and automatically taking your money once a month. She leaves it for the fine print and doesn't make note of it directly to the customers. She hurries through the sign up then sends u away with a paper of "terms and conditions" that still do not highlight monthly charges. This is not a local music school trying to help kids. It is a corporation.

This company will get you into a contract and deduct payments automaticAlly but will NOT provide you the ability to check balance online, nor will they mail any information out. DO NOT go through your school with a rent to own option. An instrument that they sell out the door for $200 brand new they will charge you $745 for over 21 months. They are extremely deceptive and have lied and given me numbers that do not add up over the phone when I call. Furthermore, the manager got an attitude with me and said, "Whatever, " before hanging up on me while I was asking about my account information which again, I cannot obtain any other way. What a terrible company to scam and prey on families looking to do the best for their kids and get them involved in music.

Very bad service as well as totally disappointed & unappreciatable service by administration. Specially the Giant Lady manager at front office cum Customer service is not cooperable & gentle to customers at all. She shouts, screem on her hard speech to customers or Music Lesson students / parents. They charge extra money as Music lesson payment, but their so called system she mentions that is not possible to refund money back to customer. If any miss or reschedule any lesson class then they like to play with that by not offering you reschedule class & not even money back. Due to lesson teacher resigned (she resigned because of their total mismanagement & rude behavior) students are not able to take lessons but they don't wanna do money back if students not willing to go back & paid lesson fees in advance. I never see like that kind of bad service & customer service manager lady anywhere. Don't go their for any lesson or shop things. Thanx.

We have had to switch teachers a few times & the manager is prompt, quick, and extremely understanding! Would recommend giving this pace a fair shot

Not very knowledgeable, selection of instruments isn't great in the store.can order anything

They are very nice and knowledgeable of their products. I have been involved in music in my high school and college years. I think the store has a decent array of instruments and sheet music. I am hoping they might add on and make the bldg larger

Dropped my daughter's trumpet off to get fixed on Saturday was ready on Sunday I was running behind as I have a 9 month old and had to go grocery shopping I show up at 4: 45 to get my daughter's trumpet when they don't close till 5 and of course they're close I love this place but super unhappy that they're closed when she needs it for school
