I was helped by the front desk, two guys who were very friendly and very knowledgeable, they not only fixed my guitar, but the show me how to do fix it myself the nextt ime, all under 15 minutes.

Had a really good experience here first time I've had to go buy a musical instrument for a kid for school and the guy who took care of us was extremely knowledgeable and what we needed and what equipment you know books and stuff we to go with it and we did a rent to own was a really good payment plan to cash out price was actually good and I would recommend this place to anybody and I would come back again to get another instrument and the process was actually pretty quick and hassle free

This place is terrible, scammers and don’t care about service at all. Told me I was fine to come in when my lesson passed then when I drove 20 minutes there they said that it was scheduled earlier and I have none left. Then why tell me to come in when I call? I spent 150$ for three 20 minute lessons. When I would call to see how many more I had left they would say they didn’t know how to check. They don’t allow reschedules, even though they cancel themselves. They put the wrong number on file. When I came in for the appointment they mischeduled, even after calling to say I’m 10 min away, they had me come in just to tell me it was cancelled because I was late and there was nothing they could do? They scheduled it at the wrong time, they didn’t tell me that when I called in to say I was ten away. What a bad time this has been. Do not shop with music and arts…find a local shop that actually gives a hoot.
