I’m a very novice guitar player. I reached out with questions about getting the strings changed for the first time. TC patiently talked with me and explained the process and I liked what I heard so I took my guitar there to get new strings. TC walked me through the different options. He asked me some questions to help me determine the type of sound I was wanting and then he helped me decide what to get. TC and Steve were very patient with my novice questions and I felt very comfortable and welcome in their store. I definitely recommend this business. I even wanted to pay a tip and TC refused and said he was just glad to be able to help. Thanks TC!

Went into the store to buy new bass guitar strings with 0 knowledge of getting new strings. The staff there were super helpful and chatted with me about all the different options and even the history behind each kind of bass guitar string and what famous bassists used which strings. I ended up getting round wounds and even some picks for super cheap to try out picked bass. Excellent store to get your gear definitely recommend:)

It didn't have much. Mostly guitar stuff. I guess if you play guitar you might find something, but not much if you play anything else.
Response to owner: Not sure why you think I'm looking for band instruments? Professionals play more than electric guitar.

Found a great deal on a practically new bass guitar. Friendly staff answered my many questions and helped me evaluate the handful of choices in my budget. Return policy for credit or 80% cash within 7 days is reasonable (just really think through a purchase before, not after you make it). Will shop here again.

Have been coming here for years, mostly to buy parts and weird old stuff. The employees working are always super nice and involved.

Really good used instrument selection and friendly staff. Awesome trade value on instruments as well, don't hesitate to bring in used gear and trade for something you really want.

Ordered online. I called first to ask about the instrument I was ordering. The sales rep was very helpful, and the bass I bought was actually in better condition than what was described to me. Shipping time was insanely fast as well.

A great place to browse and buy instruments and accessories. Prices are extremely reasonable and used gear is usually of like new quality.

First time going to this store. I travelled from northern KY because they had the guitar I was looking for at a good price. I took a guitar to sell and they gave me a better offer than GC or Willis Music. Staff seemed very knowledgeable and they went out of their way to help me get a good deal done. If you're in the Columbus area (or even if you're not!), I highly recommend Music Go Round in Gahanna.

I sell here semi frequently and have not once felt like I've gotten any sort of fair pricing. In fact, the check they gave me bounced after I had sold them something, and I had to spend 2 hours in a bank jumping through a ton of hoops and being looked at as though I'm some sort of fraud.

And they have no problem accepting what they refuse to buy, for free, than doing minimal work on the items and throwing a $250 pricetag on it.after I gave it to them for free. I gave it to an employee thinking he'd spend time refurbishing it for himself, as a nice gesture, and then it ends up on the shelf literally 2 days later.

I'd give 1 star but at least I know they're paying sellers so little, maybe that hopefully translates in to buyers getting some kind of deal, right?

Great place! We were greeted as soon as we opened the door. The employees are super helpful and knowledgeable. We walked in, asked about some banjo strings, got what we needed and we were out just like that. Prices are great. From what I could tell they have a great selection of instruments, a little bit for everyone. Plenty of parking, very easy to get around. I would highly recommend this location.
