Musicians' Alley, Sandusky OH

Very disappointed in the store. My son found a guitar it was an exchange because the other one was not working right and they won't refund anything.so he had to get a case to fit the guitar and that has been since May because of no refunds. I am really disappointed because he never received a call saying hey your case won't be in until maybe October. Thing is we had to call the store to find out what is going on.never once received an update call. He could have gone to Guitar Center and had a case months ago. He should at least get some kind of compensation for the failure of the store to even reach out to him. Yeah we probably won't be back to purchase again. Very disappointed on how we have been treated. Not the way to get business in the store! Word of mouth goes a long way!

Shop has a wide selection of guitars and amps. Staff was very welcoming and set me up with an amp to try out a guitar I was looking at buying. Definitely recommend and will be back again if I am in the area.

This place is the best downtown! I come in sometimes just to play one of the piano keyboards. I don't think George minds, but if he does, I'm sorry! Also George and my mom Catherine Santi knew each other! I think they were good friends back in the day!

This is a G R E A T music store. I've been coming here since I was little and Mike and George have always helped me out with moving to the next level in music. Guitar teachers are great and the general atmosphere and smell in the air make me want a new guitar. 15/10 would recommend if you love music.

I absolutely love this place. I got a great deal on a beautiful acustic guitar today. The owner was helpful with any questions I had. And was super helpful and kind. Will absolutely be back. Also very clean and well kept. This was absolutely worth the hour drive.

Musicians alley is a great local music store! They have an awesome inventory, friendly staff and music teachers! Their luthiers are the only ones that I will ever have work on any of my guitars. I highly recommend!

George took care of us when we were a struggling band full of young dude dreamers. We fought and clawed to earn the money to buy our gear. George did as much as he could to help us get our stuff. He had even offered to loan us gear when something happened, like a blown head etc etc.
Im now 50 years old, still jamming, and I will NEVER go into a Guitar Center as long as George and Musicians Alley are around! Thanks for all the support all these years George. Thanks for STILL being here, You're top notch!

Stopped in to buy cables. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Guitars I saw were mainly Peavey, Ibanez, and Gretsch. Marshall and Orange amps stood out.

George and his staff of knowledgeable professional sales staff can help anyone from the beginner to the advance musician find that perfect instrument or any other type of musical assessory.
Additionally, if your children or your self are in need or wanting to take music lessons, Then the musical teachers at Musician's Alley are your answer. I took guitar and piano lessons from Fred for years. He is a wonderfully gifted professional guitar player. I also took drum lessons from Jeff. He is like wise a wonderfully gifted professional drummer. Because of these two teachers, I am still playing music, and I am likewise teaching my children music because of Fred and Jeff teaching me.
I highly recommend Musician's Alley to anyone whether starting out or an advanced musician do business at this music store. George and his sales and teaching staff are the best. Thank you so much Musician's Alley.
