I had a tech named Sean come to do some warranty work on a Bravia TV today. He was very professional, courteous, informative, and got the job done really quickly. He even stayed to make sure everything was working properly. Thanks to his boss for keeping communication and ensuring that his techs know their line of work.

Will definitely be calling them in the future with any troubleshooting needs or repairs I have.

Fantastic guys. My beloved 75" Sony Z9D went down a few weeks ago. Luckily my AV guy had a name in his pocket - Philip at MVP. I called and Philip and I talked a bit to suss out what might be the issue. Philip sent someone (Sean) over to check it out to see if it could be repaired on site. (It could not). So they took it back to the shop and had it diagnosed, repaired and returned within a week. My baby is back on the wall and 100%!
I would not put this TV into just anyone's hands - and Philip's rep proceeded him - and for good reason. I could not be happier with the professionalism and work he (and his crew) did. Not only that- the price was so reasonable, I thought maybe they missed something! I cannot speak highly enough.
I am glad that Philip and MVP are now in my rolodex. As far as I am concerned they are the only game in town when it comes to television repair.

Phillip is technically excellent, very helpful and easy to work with. For a Samsung authorized service shop, I think his price to diagnose and repair my HDTV was very reasonable.

The technician from MVP Electronics called me with my appointment time, he arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and very professional and polite. He fixed my TV right in my livingroom in about a hour! I can't say how much I appreciated his great work! My TV was still under warranty so there was no cost for me. Phillip and the folks at MVP were extremely helpful in the course of fixing my television. They were up-front about the potential wait (strange times, busy people!), clear about the price from the outset, and kept me updated throughout the process. Philip did a very good job fixing my Lg tv with a burn in problem. He seemed knowledgeable about my problem and fixed it by putting on a new panel that Lg supplied.
Tv is looking great again.

Not only did Phillip fix our TV, he also took the time to show us some features of it that we didn't know existed. And his personality and service were wonderful!
