My First Step Daycare, Cleveland OH

My review is based on my visit to the daycare. This is fairly new place in our neighborhood. Adil is the owner who I only communicated with over phone. Very polite, receptive and I could just tell, a decent genuine person. We had arranged to visit at 3pm. I got delayed and manager who is also a nurse (nurse managing a daycare, can’t get better than that?) called me to follow up. Myself and hubs went around. The place is secure, camera, ring door bell. Place is clean, organized and above all the kids are happy! Clearly this place is amazing and so glad this opened up in my neighborhood and I won’t hesitate to pass the word and this will be my first choice should we need daycare (have a nanny at present and need backup). They also have pickup service for school kids and after school program. I wish them the best in their expansions.
