Made my Saturday appointment then was called Friday evening and told they needed to reschedule because something was broken and needed fixed. Rescheduled for the next day Sunday and they called back Saturday and told me they were unable to fix equipment. So done with them. Had family coming from out of town to be there with me. Called SNEEK PEAK 3D and got in very next Saturday.
THEIR specials saved me $$ and frustration. Go there instead.

Great place! We were late to our appointment and they still worked with us to fit us in on a busy day! Very much appreciated! Pics and DVD turned out great!

I've never had an issue here, been going with all 4 of my kids for 7-8 years now. The owner is flexible with rescheduling and other various things, and kind. She always does her best. I've always felt comfortable. I have seen people complain on here about money. I just think that with any service, you take a risk when paying ahead. It always comes with its precautions. I have always paid at my appointment in cash/card. No issues.

The facility is clean and very easy to get to and reasonable priced. However, I urge you to not take the last appointment of the day. I felt we were very rushed and I believe the staff could behave in a more professional manner when there are customers in the waiting room that can hear everything that is said.

I did not want to write a bad review with my first visit because the ultrasound tech was so nice BUT I wish I did. I made an appointment for a gender appointment (I had to come here because the other place won't have kids without another adult) and even received a phone a confirmation of my appointment time. When I arrived I was told I was late and might not be seen. The people before me told me that I am the 3rd person that this happened to. The tech was nice enough to squeeze me in.they ran out of ink for the printer. I did not leave with any images. I STILL HAD TO PAY FULL PRICE. The place is poorly managed, does not have a friendly front desk staff, and is dirty.

Took my sister here to see her little one for the first time and it was amazing. The woman who did the ultrasound was amazing and so sweet.

It was a nice place and the staff was friendly but the pictures weren’t all that great, and my cd doesn’t seem to be working! Plus I didn’t receive any gift bag

I love this place! I went there to find the gender of my firstborn. Going back for the gender reveal for this baby just made sense. Kind and compassionate. They were wonderful.

I have had the most awful experience I had my 3d scan in DEC 3,2019 the printer was not working that day. I was asked to write my mailing information on a WHITE 8x10 envelope and told that my prints would be mailed to me. I have called numerous times with no return calls. I even called during covid and was told well were closed due to covid call back when we reopen. EVERYTIME i call back the owner is busy doesnt have time to talk to me and like she said today " I don't have time to talk to her what does she want me to do" which I told the receptionist I heard that as well. She then told me well you can bring your disc in and we can print them because thats the only way we can access them we dont store pictures.so answer me this how were you planning on sending them to me when you had me fill out the envelope or was that just a way to not hear me or the other moms in there that day.

Receptionist seems a little new or not too sure what is going on. Owner was nice, session was great!

They were so helpful and gave talked us through everything. We also got Wonderful pictures of our baby.

Amazing place to go if you just get that itch to want to know the gender of your baby. The staff is great and the doctor that does the ultrasound is amazing. I recommend this place for everyone and the pricing is great as well.

The 3D ultrasound pictures are the coolest thing ever, I'm SO glad we got these done. Seeing the baby in such great detail was absolutely amazing. The ultrasound tech that we had was also very friendly and personable. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because there was a slight miscommunication at the front desk and I was charged twice for my visit. I feel like there should be a better system in place to where this shouldn't be able to happen. Then, instead of just being automatically refunded since there was clearly a mistake on their end, the receptionist was unable to refund me, and instead I was given the owners cell number and had to text her personally and provide bank statements to prove that I was charged twice. Then had to wait a couple days to call back and get refunded. This is even after the receptionist texted the owner about the mistake and informed her that I needed a refund. There should be a better system in place for refunds as well, because that was just a huge inconvenience to have to deal with. I think it's a very good business, they just need to figure out a better payment system is all.

Went in and paid a pretty hefty price for a cd and pictures and a gender reveal but the first appointment could not determine the gender of the baby so they offered to give me a recheck. I agreed and paid in full not receiving any cd or pictures and was told I would get all of it at my recheck visit and was told I would get a reminder call for my recheck visit also. The recheck appointment was quite a while away and No reminder call ever came so I ended up missing the appointment and when I called to see what I should do they told me because I was a no call no show I don’t get a recheck anymore and that I would just have to paid for the services again if I wanted to come back I’m so disappointed I have nothing now to show for the $200 I spent with this company what a complete waste of money. On top of it all when I went for my first visit they called me a couple times to remind me of my appointment and for the recheck they tried to claim they had the wrong phone number for me and that’s why I didn’t receive a reminder call But it’s a little funny to me that they sure managed to call me multiple times for the first visit at the correct number but said the number was wrong for the second visit. Maybe if I would have waited to pay I would have actually gotten a call is all I can think.bummer I guess I learned my lesson I won’t be going back for any other pregnancy that’s all I know. Customer satisfaction is non existent in my opinion

Very sweet ladies worked with us. It was super fun and exciting to find out the gender of our baby and then to do more ultrasound pictures before he came.

I was a faithful customer here my entire first pregnancy until my second when i went in for the early bird and their dirty ultrasound wand gave me a weird pimple like mass on my stomach.this place is EXPENSIVE compared to the short drive in perrysburg, i highly recommend Sneak peek 3D.they’re nicer, cleaner and wayyy cheaper.they have weekly deals too.one time at my little me they LOST my ultrasound.they said they would email it and send it in the mail but never did.called them and they lost it and wouldn’t refund it.this place is extremely dirty too.i’m just not a fan.

I received a voice message that my pictures would be emailed to me and never were I then also called in and gave my information where I was informed they would email them to me that day it has been a few weeks so far and I have not received anything. I'm so very disappointed with my entire experience. My whole visit was completely rushed. There was a promo going on at the time if I prepaid before my appointment I would be upgraded to the next level package witch was the $89 value package. I didnt not receive anything that was detailed in that package description other then what the gender of my baby was. Then sent on my way. I never would have spent that money if I new I would just be finding out my babies gender. I understand being busy specialy around that time but a month later and I'm still left with nothing but the gender. Truly a huge disappointment and waist of my money.

I’m very disappointed with My Little Me, we had three visits with this pregnancy and not once could they print the ultrasounds, we were told they would be mailed and maybe they still will but it’s been a few months (at least) since my first visit with this pregnancy. At first it was the ink, then it was the paper.so who knows. I overheard a conversation (of the owner, I’m assuming) talking about how she can’t find the paper anywhere and has to hope she can find it on eBay and order it there. I’m a very understanding person, but here’s my thing.this has went on for months there and it’s not like this is a cheap service (not complaining about the prices) but still we paid good money to have three visits. That is literally what we went there for, for those pictures. I did get a cd with the pictures, but it doesn’t work in any sort of DVD player, you have to put it into a computer, but modern laptops don’t have a place to insert a cd anymore. We had multiple visits with my first pregnancy and the overall experience was much better, now a few years down the road seems like things are going downhill there. I’m 40 weeks pregnant now and haven’t seen any of my pictures we’ve gotten, pretty disappointing.

Great experience, wonderful staff! I found out I was having a baby girl, and since she was upside down I get to come back for free and do more 3D 4D sessions! Highly recommend
