Worst experience with a property management company I have ever dealt with. No communication, jobs never finished. Paying for outside maintenance that never was maintained. Downspouts over flowing and gutters clogged and not attached to the roof properly, causing many units to flood through the walls from standing water in community areas and mold problems. Having to fix and pay myself on top of special assessments and regular fees. Ive lived in my condo for 15 years and never had problems until this company neglected the property and the owners.

I can only describe these people as greedy, self-centered and generally morally corrupt. Would not recommend.

Completely rude and thieving as hell! So unprofessional! All they do is look for reasons to charge you fees! I guess the pandemic hit them so hard? They need to nickel and dime you over petty stuff!

I have rented with Myers for the past 2 years and honestly the company has been one of the best experiences since moving to Columbus. Hunter/Madison have always kept me informed and responded timely to my request/emails. If you have the pleasure of meeting George The Plumber - you will not regret it. One of THE best people! I wanted to view a property they had listed. I made an appointment and was told I " would be the first to view the home". We show up on the day of our appointment and another gentleman is already waiting, he also was told the same about being first to view. No one showed up to allow us to view the home. Another possible renter stood outside, making 3 appointments for the same time, and zero realitor. We were all under the impression from our communication with the company that it was a private tour. After waiting I decided to then call the company, after a brief hold I was told there was "a family emergency" and no one would be coming to allow us to view, and that we could come back at 9: 30am. The property was NOT taken care of. Left over furniture and trash from previous tenants, garage door wasn't locked ect. I would not recommend this company at all. Very unprofessional.

Our basement has flooded over 10 times. Several times it was with raw sewage. The property looks nice but this is not sanitary and extremely inconvenient.

Hunter my property manager is very busy but never does she not answer me. This company is great and will get whatever you need done fixed ASAP

The staff here have always been so helpful. I'm still looking for a place to move; however, most showings are not conducive to my work schedule unfortunately.

Excellent Service as a Owner. I hired Myers to manage my property and in under a week with the excellent marketing that they do i had qualified tenants to sign a Lease. I want to say working with Hunter was the best experience. She made this process easy. I had hired two other Property management companies and they did nothing. Not only did Hunter provide superb service, she was fast with responds as well as getting vendors out. Her professionalism as well as knowledge, timeliness, accurate information, puts her and Myers as a 10 star with me.

If as a Owner you are looking for a company to manage your property with results, I highly recommend Myers Real Estate.

Seldom any issues with our apartment but when there is, it is taken care of quickly. The staff at the office that we have dealt with are always friendly and seem to be eager to address your inquiry.

Amazing family-owned business for HOA and property management. Very responsive, professional and have an extremely convenient online management software for tenants and owners!

They manage the the HOA in the neighborhood I live in. The fees they charge are absurd. They don't respond well to criticism and choose to US mail letters when they could email people when things need addressed.

I rated 1 star, but a year ago I would have given 0, so they are improving.
