Fabulous! Kristie and Brittany were absolutely everything I desperately needed today, especially after having dealt with Paula in the Beachwood location, who by the way, refused to provide the same service to me that Kristie and Brittany did with such kindness and superior customer service.

Although the Beachwood location is closer to my home, and is also the location where my ophthalmologist is located, Paula would not put the lenses into the frames for me.

I was forced to call other locations to get the assistance I needed. The beautiful women at the Hudson location never once hesitated to assist me. I drove all the way out to Hudson to get the help I should have been granted at the Beachwood office.

Just want to say a huge “Thank you” again to Kristie and Brittany in Hudson. Give those fabulous women a raise!

My kids and I have been going to the Hudson location for 12-15 years. They always take amazing care of us! Whether its a yearly check up, a problem, contacts or glasses, they always treat us like family. I wouldnt go anywhere else for my families eyes!

I want to thank everyone in the office from receptionist, to nurse, to doctor for getting me right in and addressing my left eye issue. Being from out of town and having an unexpected issue made me rather nervous. I am appreciative, grateful & thankful of the staff - their patients are in great hands.

I visited this MyEyeDr location as an in-network patient with two insurance carriers. I ended up paying for the entire $1471 visit out of pocket. When I picked up my glasses, I asked for a review of our billing. I was told someone would call us and they never did. This was months ago. Since that time, the insurance coverage that the in-office visit credited me for was later charged to me directly. Neither corporate or this Hudson office has provided any answers. They just took my money and sent me on my way. I regret not using an eye doctor that looks like me and views me as a human being rather than a patient file and a check. Lesson learned.

Everyone was wonderful, friendly and patient with all my questions. I'll definitely be sticking with them for all my vision needs.

What an awesome place to work! Staff is fun, knowledgeable and truly all love what they do!

I felt rushed to find a new frame. This is not something I can do quickly. I had to leave and I’ll be going back and hopefully not have the same tech.

Not recommended. While they have a good selection, the rest of the experience was trying. Pushy sales, lack of communication, extra fees (like for a warranty), and the doctor was abrasive to my son.

Loved the new technology to take pictures of your retina without dilation! Everyone was very friendly & knowledgeable. Kim did a great job helping us both choose glasses. Excited about my new computer glasses!

I have never had such a caring, fun experience at a health care facility. Kim helped me find such a great pair of frames that fit my face, and she made me feel so at home! Everyone during my visit helped me so much, and I left my appointment feeling relieved that I was taken care of so well!
