My family and I have been a loyal customer for 15 years and after how I was treated today I WILL NOT ever step foot into myeye Dr on Beach again! My glasses snapped in half and I had a replacement frame that I just needed my lenses taken out of one pair and snapped into my other pair. I could of probably of did it myself but was uncomfortable doing it and couldn’t afford my lenses breaking. I was told to have a seat and someone would be with me…waited around 15 mins before another tech walked out to help. He asked what I needed and I explained that all I needed was to switch out my lenses to my other pair because I needed them to drive and read. He told me it was going to be 30 minute wait…I explained to him again I just need my lenses switched out and again he told me it was going to be 30 min wait for something that would not even take 5 mins. Already dealing with a migraine because I haven’t wore my glasses for a few hours I got up and told him if it was something I could do because I really need my glasses fixed…his response was if I was comfortable. I could not believe how I was treated for a service that would take maybe a couple of minutes of his time. So disappointed I walked out and now I had to figure out another place I could go to have my lenses put into my other frames. I remembered Target has a optometrist so I headed over to the Target in Presidio and was greeted by a sweet lady named Jennifer. I told her I wasn’t a customer and I had went to my regular eye Dr first…anyways if she would kindly help me out because I’m already dealing with a migraine and I needed my glasses. She was so sweet, kind and very helpful. It took her not even 1 minute to switch out my lenses. I could not believe how fast Jennifer fixed my problem. My family of 6 spends over $1000 dollars yearly but I will not spend another penny with them! I’m taking our business elsewhere!

Dr. Amanda Junkin was so incredibly nice and thorough! Also Paula was amazing when helping me pick out a pair of frames and walking through all the costs.

I may have only came here to fix my glasses, but it was 10/10.

This is what I expect from “myeyedoctor, ” glad I was not disappointed!

Everyone in the office from reception to checking out was friendly, helpful, efficient. The technician, optometrist, and optician were great.

This was my first visit to My Eye Dr.because my previous doctor retired. They were recommended to me and I’m so glad! Lauren and Dr. Bretz were knowledgeable, personable and patient with all my questions and needs. And if you don’t talk to Paula in optical to help you select your glasses, you’re missing out- so knowledgeable and helpful. My experience from beginning to end was phenomenal and I highly recommend this team.

From the time I walked into the office I was so comfortable. The receptionist, the Young lady giving me my initial eye exam and the opthomologist were both super friendly. The person who I was extra pleased with was Paula
I have a really hard time selecting glasses. We actually picked out 25 pairs before I found the ones that we were both excited about! She was honest with me during the whole process and that was key. Paula even waited while I sent pictures to my daughter in NY to assist in the selection. I am bringing my Mom and Sister in for their first eye exam here on Wednesday. They won't be as difficult as I was but they will be as Happy. Thank You All so much ️ I will add pictures when I pick up my new glasses.

They are absolutely the best! After years of eye docs having trouble finding correct contacts that fit my astigmatism, on my first visit at MyEyeDr, they were able to fit me perfectly! And the customer service? They price match, worked on my insurance, and got me the best rate possible. I seriously am in love with the team. I recommend them wholeheartedly!

I received excellent service today as I picked up my new lenses and frames. The ladies in the optical department are friendly and personable, and made sure fit and function were to my satisfaction.

Dr. Mary Jo Stiegemeier is the absolute best-i have been going to her since the eighties, have recommended her so many times -have my family using her-

she is SO KNOWLEDGEABLE AND SKILLED, and so patient with all my questions. She exceeds all expectations I could ever expect from a doctor -I cannot rave about her sufficiently! Steve J

Minimal weight time, and then they whisked to me through each step of the process and each person I interacted with had a very nice personality and attitude and seem to all enjoy their work and being there!
I was very impressed with their state of the art equipment. Everything was clean clean clean and great attention was given to wiping down any contact surfaces.

Dr. Stegmaier is the best, although I have seen other ophthalmologists there and always had a good experience. I’ve been seeing her for decades and the continuity is a great assurance that the entire practice is in good hands!

I have never been happier with an Eye Dr. It took me years to get the right contacts for my eyes. The people in this office are very friendly. They have lots of eyewear options.

Lots of places have pretty frames and can sell them to you. Tomi at Myeyedr can do so much more. My husband (older, hard of hearing) came in with some pretty specific complaints about his old glasses not really working for him. Tomi, who knows her stock and the art of fitting, gave some great suggestions and had some excellent ideas then she came back to us triumphant because she had organized the insurance so that the glasses with all the bells and whistles cost less than half of the list price. Thanks!
