12Wow where do i begin! Janiyah helped me SO much during my visit, I was picking out frames and she made it feel like a fashion show. She was so personable and made me feel welcomed! Steven popped in towards the end to finish up and was equally wonderful, it made me wonder if i lucked out with these two or if your whole staff is the best in the city. Thankyouthankyouthankyou I'd give 100 stars if I could.
Kate was incredibly helpful from walking us through insurance issues to picking out frames that were in our budget! Would highly recommend this place for great selection and service!
Great team here. My main tech Janiyah was very personable and good at giving/explaining instructions. Katie, another tech who helped out, was clearly a pro, and a real team player. Dr. Sitto was great at keeping things efficient while still explaining every step of the process. Makayla, one of the sales associates, had a great, positive personality. All the other folks who were working when I came in were also very upbeat and welcoming.
I had my exam and ordered two pairs of glasses. The cost was $1600. I didn’t feel like I was seeing well but since I lived in another city, I decided to give it some time. However I had an eye exam as part of my driver license renewal and was told that I couldn’t see confirming my initial impression. I called this location on Montgomery road. I was told that they couldn’t do anything for me since it passed the 30 days warranty period. They told me that I needed to come in and pay for another exam and eye glasses. So basically they brushed me off. I believe that they should have offered more me something, at least to show good customer service. I won’t be going back.
Customer Service has plummeted. Impossible to reach humans and their on-line scheduling is a disaster. My story starts with standard online schedule which was 3 weeks out. A few days later, I found an opening just a few days out. I rescheduled. Then I received a VM (yesterday) telling me there was an computer overbooking issue and they had to cancel my appointment and add me to a cancellation list.
Now, (a) I can't find any appointments for a month out, (b) I get error message when I try to reschedule for one of the appointments online, and (c) can't reach humans when I call the office as directed by the error message.
I've always loved Dr Drees, but MyEyeDr is no Wing Eye Care.
From the front desk to the Dr.to Steven, and Katie.they did such a good job. Not going anywhere else but here. Very Thorough and caring! Great experience!
Dr. Drees is amazing, he is informative, personable, quick and efficient. Wing Eye care *was* amazing. I have been going to both for over 10 years. Dr. Drees is still amazing but this my eye Dr? VERY FRIENDLY STAFF! The lady at the from desk and giving the eye exam was top notch and super engaging.my eye doctor dr Alexander Curtis who I normally see in hydepark is temporarily at Kenwood is just the sweetest kindest person and just makes everything so comfortable during the whole exam.i kept thinking to myself is this real? Wow everyone was just so wholesome and actually happy to be there and help which is rare these days. I wish my eye doctor would stay at Kenwood because Hyde park is not as warming and inviting as this place.
Very impressed with my visit. The younger technician (I can’t remember her name) that helped me during my appointment with things like picking out my glasses and initial testing was fabulous. She completely set the tone in the whole office essentially and how your visit goes. That’s so rare so come by these days especially after covid. She had great energy and a great personality which made for an exceptional experience. There was another lady there that helped with the final picking of my glasses and I really appreciated the extra help/opinions. The eye doctor was great as well! He was very informative and clearly knew his stuff. Overall great experience and hope for great future experiences as well.

This last visit on 12/31/22, staff was extremely helpful despite the VSP website being down. They still took care of my needs and obtained a phone authorization with VSP. The manager called after closing to inform of the clearance of the order with the insurance company.
