2I went to file my taxes with them and they were very informative with me and went through my paperwork step by step. Very nice employees.
Do not use or trust this company. I used them for 4 years only to find out that in this last year they did not file my sales taxes as my acting CPA and now I owe the state of ohio fees due to then not doing their job. I also sent my forms to them that when I no longer wanted to do business with them the refused to send them all to me. Veronica hung up and me and talked to me in condescending way she was very rude threatened me to call the police on me if I called or showed up at their office when I never did anything to them except tell them I no longer wanted to do business with them. Ellie is no longer there she was amazing her husband Alex is an idiot do not trust him to do your taxes he dose not know what he is doing without her there.
