Nagy Family Dental Group, Sheffield OH

I have had so much anxiety at the dentist until my first appointment with Dr Nagy this afternoon. I am shocked at how different they are from any other dentist. Very customer/patient oriented and my visit went so well. The biggest difference is their focus on anxiety and what can make it better for us to be there. From water and stress balls all the way up to sedation services. I won’t be going anywhere else.

I have a Wisdom tooth out this morning, I was so scared inside me.
So far, so good. Dr. Naggy is very kind and understanding the emotional feelings of his patients. I love his kindness and patience. Love the atmosphere that the RN nurse show thru the care to me, comfort and sweet. I feel safe in the hand of his teams.

I used to avoid the dentist until I came to this office two years ago. I look forward to going twice a year now and recommend them to everyone, they are so gentle. Professional and friendly staff will make you feel like you’re catching up with old friends. Dr. Nagy actually listens to every concern and offers so many solutions and services. If you’ve ever considered a little face refresh, do not hesitate another day Jackie is amazing.

The office is incredible! Soft music, wall art, fish and water features, a station for children to play and do crafts and a coffee bar. The staff is very kind and approachable. Obviously, every effort is made to help kids and adults, who are apprehensive about dental work, to feel more relaxed.

Good luck to Dr Nagy in whatever he is pursuing now, I know it isn't family dentistry. All of my family's appointments the last year have been canceled or rescheduled. Schedule an appointment online, get a message that that appointment wasn't actually available - rescheduled. All their hygienists keep quitting. Not the same dentist that we have been going to since I was a kid. We won't waste time rescheduling anymore, will be going elsewhere.

Quick to get an appointment. Great office environmen. Staff is awesome and the Doc got the job done like a champ!

I had a wonderful experience with Jackie. She was very knowledgeable about the services I requested and sent me home with additional literature that i am interested in.
This was the first time visiting Nagy Dental Group. I was referred by a client. Rhonda Neal. She is employed there. She said I would be happy with all of their services. And it really is a beautiful place. I'm glad she told me about it.

Dr. Nagy and his staff are great. I needed to have surgery and was in unbareable pain. Dr. Nagy handled the situation perfectly. No pain, what so ever. So happy I chose to have the Nagy Family Dental Group perform my surgery. Thanks again Dr. Nagy, Ronda, and Shelley for making a horrible situation much better.

The staff is amazing and the doctor was fantastic! Gave great care to my daughter and took her feelings and first time experience into great consideration. They provided great information and so happy to have found this place for my children's dentist! Will be permanently going back!:)
