Nail Essence, Pickerington OH

I’ve been going to Nail Essence off and on since I was in high school, and I’ve never been disappointed! I recently decided to start getting acrylics again and I went to Selena for the first time, and I’m super happy with my nails. The techs here are quick and efficient without sacrificing quality of service Whether it’s a mani or a pedi, I’ve always been pleased with the result!

How a business owner will respond for their customers review in such rudeness. Be professional and polite. Customer is always a king.

I really want to write review about this place. I just saw one review that someone wrote about this place. This nail place is the worst place to do your nails. I did my nails for Christmas and I’m very disappointed my nail messed up. I actually paid a lot of money. This place is the worst customer service. They discriminate customers…. When they are helping customers they speak their language, they have no respect of customer. Specially the guy who does nail his name is Tony he is the worst one. I really advise people not to go this place. You will be so so so disappointed. I want to share my concern.

I have been going to this salon for many years. Tony always does an amazing job on my nails and pedicures. Excellent customer service! Very clean salon. Very friendly staff. I highly recommend him to my friends & family!

I tell everyone about this place. Everyone is always very nice and accommodating. Tony has been my go-to nail tech for years and I never leave disappointed. I always get compliments on my nails, (and he’s fast) His wife Mandy is also very good and is great with designs.
It’s very easy to make an appointment online so you don’t have to wait when you get there.

Tony is my nail Tex. He has always taken good care of my nails. I wouldn’t want any other person to do my nails unless he was not there. It is a happy. I get so my compliments on my nails. I work with the public so my hands are seen alot. Thank you Tony for always taking care of me

This was my first time going to this quaint salon and I will definitely be going back. It was so easy to book online so you don’t have to wait, as they do take walk in clients as well.
When I walked in I was immediately greeted warmly by the staff. Tony did my nails and he was very professional, personable, and made me feel so welcomed. He did my nails exactly how I wanted them and they turned out so cute! I would highly recommend this salon!

My friend and I went today at 2: 30pm to get a regular pedicure. At 7pm at night the owner Keith calls my phone referring us to as thieves when we both paid cash. He threaten to call the authorities but my attorney will be involved. He did follow the proper protocols before assuming and calling us thieves. He did not check the cameras to see the proof. We have proof that we paid cash. Then 20 minutes after I get a call from a lady apologizing on his behalf, trying use a excuse of the owner did not take his medication. No should use medical reasons for being unprofessional.

First time coming here, got done quick but everything is perfect! Will definitely be coming back.

Tony is the best! Pays attention to detail and cares about your satisfaction. Can easily match inspiration pics you bring. Highly recommend this place!

Omg if you are Not going to Nail Essence you are missing out the owners are the greatest people ever and there’s no wrong chair Brain is great and awesome every time I sit in his chair I never even think because he got it. Omg Mandy is always on point and wonderful, Tony is great been there awhile and very consistent!

Tony is the best! He always picks out the best colors, knowing exactly what I want! Highly recommend:)

Nail Essence- This was the most awesome pedicure trip ever. This salon is always professional, clean, and gives the best care to your feet or hands.

They definitely massage the pain away in my feet and legs from working all week.

This is the only place I come to when I need a pedicure or manicure.

Tony and the entire staff are personable and professional. The services are quality and very reliable. I highly encourage everyone to try the busy!
