NAIL LACQUER SALON, Mentor OH

Had my nails done at another salon on 12/24 the nails popped off less than 12 hrs later it was horrid. Came here on 12/26 they did manicure no issues then I came back w my bestie 1/2 and she had a Mani and I had a pedicure. Fast and efficient service.i recommended 100 percent and will be using them next time I'm in town again.

Very rushed experience. Did not listen to me when I asked her to re shape my nails because they were all uneven. It looks as if I painted these myself when I paid for dip. The color on the sample nail was not even remotely close to the color that went onto my nail. Seemed irritated when I asked her to fix the shape when she was not giving me what I had asked for since the beginning and cut them way too short. Overly priced for the poor service I was given. I would not recommend this place and will not be returning.

Everyone there is very nice and they do a great job on my acrylics and pedicures every time. Very clean as well!

This salon is the best in town! Andy did my nails today and they are extraordinary! I love them so much! All the employees are so kind and they all support each other it is such a welcoming environment!

I used to love this salon, but the last couple of times I've had awful service. Everybody's in such a hurry and they are sloppy. The technicians are rude. I will not be back

I used to really like going here but, will not be returning. Everything is so rushed and and not well at all. The last 3 times I got my nails done, I went home and had to buzz them down and shape them myself. They are very sloppy then insist they make no mistakes. My pedicures barely last 20 minutes here anymore and that is when you get someone who almost cares if they do a good job. Very disappointing.

Warning.a little graphic! If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I have gone here maybe 3 times and it turns out they are not a sanitary bussiness. I ended up getting an infection all around my nails on both hands. I went to the urgent care and I am on an antiobiotics for 7 days. Please, go get your nails done somewhere else, I am in so much pain whenever I am trying to do something my fingers start to bleed because of the infection! My friends were shocked when they saw the way my nails look. This place is not worth the money! Again, if you can, PLEASE GET YOUR NAILS DONE SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Really good service! Y mom and sister got manicures and i got a pedicure. Philip is the man who attended my mom (nails in picture) and she loved it!

Always happy with my experience. Amy is my girl and does what I ask. No complaints and the business is clean.

The only complaint I have is that they charge so much for a fill. I don't understand how it's more for a fill then a full set of nails.

They always do a great job with their pedicures and they get you in and out pretty quickly. The staff is very nice as well.
