Got an acrylic set done here, the guy claimed he did nails for 27 years and learned from youtube… I don’t know if he’s licensed or not… he also didn’t ask what shape I wanted… so now I’m stuck with short, thick, uneven square nails… I’m beyond disappointed…

Such a great experience! Nail tech made us feel welcome and treated my 5 year old amazing! She felt so special! Definitely recommend!

When I moved to mansfield I tried several different nail salons and had bad experiences and poor quality work, then I went to Lily at Nail World and knew she was the one! She is detail oriented and always makes sure I'm happy. She stands behind her work and I appreciate that!

Ton Wick did a fantastic job on my nails. He talked to me like we've known each other for a while. He checked everytime that he does something different if they look okay. He is definitely a perfectionist. She makes sure they look really good and how I want them to be. I highly recommend him and will want him going forward.

The nails i asked for were complicated and he did such an amazing job.very friendly as well and fast

Pretty nice but pricey. Overall good experience. The nail tech was gentle and nails looked great!

Bobby is the best! I have had my nails done at many places, and they were all good; however, Bobby at Nail World is the BEST! I always request pink and white ombré nails for my acrylics, and he nails it! He also did a festive patriotic gel polish theme for me (no acrylic that time) which was amazing!

I won't go here again paid $120 + tip. Looked okay when I left. Mani lasted almost 4 days, pedi lasted about 9. Entire nails worth of polish coming off at a time because base layer was not cured correctly or was put on too thick.

I had a terrible experience with a lady, I don’t know her name but she kept cutting into the side of my nail really deep. I thought it was fine it stopped hurting after she quit digging but then 12 hours later it’s red, throbbing, and infected. I can’t hardly walk on my foot and I have to wear steel toes shoes Monday morning. Save yourself from the pain I’m going through and go somewhere else.

Love my nails! This was the first time I have went here. Even though it was Valentine’s Day they still found time to squeeze me in. The gentleman that did my nails was awesome. He talked to me the whole time and made it a very enjoyable experience. Thank you so much! I will definitely be returning:)

I haven't been here in 5 years but I remember going here to get my nails done, the experience was great I would like to go back one day to get my feet done I enjoy their pedicure seats with the massagers in them!

Waited two hours after being told it would be 45 minutes. Nail tech rushed and cut skin in several places. Nails turned out uneven, chunky, and misshaped. Called and asked if they stand by their work and if they would fix them and they refused. I won’t be going back!

Went there with my little sister we didn’t have to to wait at all I let my little sister have the girl and I had the guy he yanked on my arms cut open my cuticles and I was bleeding and he told me I was ok and pressed on it other then that the nails were really pretty and during my little sisters a women who also walked in was rushing the lady to hurry up with my little sisters nails

I absolutely love going to my girl Kelly she absolutely amazes me every time, I love my most recent designs the best so far! I've been going here for maybe 4 ish years now, and only recently got a pedicure for the first time, Amazing experience, wasn't aware they were also massage chairs, Pleasant Surprise! All of this was Free Hand and I'm a million percent happy with how it turned out!

I got my nails done on Sunday and by Tuesday I had to re-paint 3 of my nails! While I was getting them done the nail “tech” would talk bad about people who walked in and only put 1 coat on my nails. I will never be back there again! Worst experience iv ever had. I’m putting 1 star because it won’t let me post without it

Lily is super rude and she cuts your cuticle really bad and rips your nails. Also she is very rude. I had to put ice and ointment on my nails after I got my nails done with her. My nails were sore for a long time. I thought my cuticles were gonna get infected. I wish I knew the owner of this place because lots of other people I know have complained about the nail techs here. And my gel nail polish peeled off the next day.

Very nice place. Kelly did my nails today and they are just beautiful.she adds extra special touches like cuticle oil and lotion.

Love this place! Bobby and Kelly are the two who do my nails! They are so quick and amazing at what they do! I’ve been going there for about 4 years now and I am never disappointed! I have also had my nails done by Ton as well a couple times and he did great! I have had several pedicures done by lily and she really makes my feet feel so amazing afterwards! I know the whole family from just going there so much and they are hilarious and all around great people! Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else! Plus the amount of different colors and types of polish are great! Will be a customer there for a long time!

Got a full set of acrylics and they look horrible! I asked for coffin got some weird almond shape that is way to short cut me, made me bleed, and did not talk to me at all! There’s paint smeared on some of my fingers!
