Nails 2K, Grove City OH

It's strange going to a different nail tech than I have for so many years, but I can't get to the too area, so I kinda had to this time. The staff is really nice; the quality of work is not what I'm used to, like I said, but I have learned that my Dani is very special and There's NOBODY ELSE that can compare.

Great customer service. I will be back to get a pedicure soon. Tina at the nail shop is amazing. Nail designs by Tina. 10/10

My granddaughter just went there for a pedicure and manicure for Prom. They up-charged her on everything and didn’t bother telling her that that they were doing that. The bill was $170! This is totally unacceptable to take advantage of a teenager like that. It’s deplorable to treat anyone like that.

It may have just been the tec that did my full set of nails. They were super thick in places making them look wavy and were not cleaned up around the edges and were stuck to my fingers under my nails. I had to come home and use a file to clear some area around my nails. My mom's nails had paint all over her hands. I got a pedicure and sat inthe water so long the water was super cold. I asked the lady if she wouldn't mind to add some warm water so I didn't have cold water. She turned the water on and ran more cold water in the tub. It really wasn't the best in productivity an service, the people were nice but the job done was done poorly. With getting nail designs on top of my nails it made the thickness of the nails stand out to where they look like press on nails. This is a photo of my nails after one week. My nails were not glued down very well and their are gaps under my acrylic which can cause issues. I'm going today to a place to get them soaked off.

Went in for pedicures and was not acknowledged by a single person. We waited 10 minutes and still nothing. We left and went to another salon. I've never seen such poor customer service in a nail salon.

First time there tonight and Tom took great care of me! He listened to what I wanted and worked his magic! I’ll be going back! No wait at all. Perfect timing Highly recommend you try them out!

This was one of the worst nail shops I’ve ever visited. They have the dustiest clientele I’ve ever seen. Nets/fruit flies flying around, cold and the nail techs don’t even acknowledge your presence. One of their dusty customer lost her manners/farted while looking at me! As if I didn’t hear it or like I wasn’t going to look her in her face back. I shifted my body to let her know I disapproved. Nothing lady like or welcoming about this place. You’d expect to find a place like this in the backwoods. To show my displeasure, I went somewhere that was more socially acceptable! Lol Never again. I guess there’s a place for ill mannered and dusty people, 2k nails is your spot!
