Jordan is great! My only complaint is that all of the customers were not wearing masks which I think is crucial at this time.

My third time here. I have not had a bad experience yet. I will continue coming here. Great Mani and pedi!

BEST nail experience with Sophia. This is the first time I actually loved my nails when I left the salon! Normally I have to go home and reshape and file my nails because they’re NEVER how I want them. But, Sophia did an AMAZING job! She was quick and focused on detail! If you visit this nail salon, ask for Sophia!

Jordan was amazing and I love my nails. Wonderful job and a friendly character. Evil queen was a beautiful color as well.

Their POS denied my American Express card.nothing wrong w my bank per cc bank.said something wrong w their POS. PULLED OUT ANOTHER CARDGREAT SERVICE THANK YOU GALS!

Love this place. Never disappoints. Have been going for a few years. Staff if very nice and accommodating. Go there for Manis, pedis, and eye brow waxes. Definitely recommend them!

OVERPRICED for average service! My fiance and I went there for our wedding. It's a good thing we didn't take any shots of the rings on our fingers because this is what his hands looked like the day after.ragged, dry cuticles not 24 hours later. Not to mention that I asked for purple mail art and it came out black. In total, we spent over $100 on Mani-pedis and this is what we got. Will NEVER go back.

My nail tech was a 5 star thanks Virgil for great service every time. But my Sister got a fill and the tech Lee did not go file underneath and did not put a top coat on her French manicure. If it had not been for Virgil saving the day it would have been a Big disappointment. He polished her and had someone file underneath for her. She has been getting her nails done for 30 some years and she say lousy lousy.

A bit pricier of a mani/pedi.and my polish looks awful! It's on the skin of my toes and hands and has bubbles & ripples!

Arrived at 7pm which they close at 8pm. They told me it would be a wait, I said fine. Waited 20mins for them to tell me they can only do one service and to go to Summit mall location as they close at 9pm. Arrived at mall about 730 they asked what I wanted and told me they can only do one service. I just left as I needed both the first shop should have told ne that when I walked in the door instead of making me wait. I am livid right now! Horrible horrible customer service.

Very nice. Me and the Mrs.treated ourselves to a Mani Pedi. Very friendly and relaxing. Price was average. Clean environment. Pleasant experience. Will be back again for sure.

I had the roughest pedicure ever. I had to have her stop in the middle of it and just polish my toes. The technician pulled a muscle in my foot. I had a sharp stabbing pain from the way she was twisting my foot. I limped out of the salon and they still made me pay full price.

Eyebrow waxing caused horrible bumps and redness. I called to ask for advice on what I should do and what caused it. I have had my eyebrows done many times throughout the years never had this happen. When I called I was given the run around.she should have just told me to use aloe vera jelly.but she didnt until i finally lost my temper. She should have just given the advice when I asked instead of getting me to the point of frustration.

Very rude walked in and out! They used to be owners of nails 90 located in Hawkins Plaza. The look and vibe I got from them and the customers was very unwelcoming. Never have to worry about me coming in there ever again. Let's not forget where you started, be greatful and humble yourself!

Love this salon. I never wait long, and the service is quick. The people are nice and the decore and music is pleasant.

Just had my first experience at this nail salon although customer was not great when I walked in. My nails look amazing. Hopefully I’ll get better customer service next time this is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5

The mani and pedi I got here is so good. Nails look really good. The polish I picked out look amazing on my nails.

I'm so happy and pleased with the way they're able to shape and design my nails! The salon is very clean and sanitary and the way they're able to make me feel as wonderful! Amazing ladies!

The pink and white full set I booked yesterday looked amazing. Each nail had an elegant look to it.

Love the pedicure service here. The tech working on me took her time and gave an amazing massage.
