Raymond is the man to see for perfect acrylic nails and fills. Dip and gel are in his wheelhouse, too, and although I had these services with him I prefer acrylic for durability and affordability for fills. He is the master at filling the nail with a tight arch and smooth cuticle line WITHOUT DRILLING into my nail bed!

It helps that he makes good conversation and doesn't let it distract from his expert work. Last fill with gel and design I was in and out in 45 minutes.

First time here, they do a wonderful job. Inviting atmosphere, decent prices, you can tell they are sturdy and not going to pop off in two days!

Nail polish started to come off the day after my gel fill manicure. The station I sat at was gross. Not clean at all. I’ll never go again.

This was the first time I took my daughter to get her nails done and it was a great experience. The nail tech was very nice and very quick! The prices are amazing as well. Only $10 for a kid's nails! We will definitely be returning in the future.

As someone who does not get their nails done often, I chose this salon as I had a good experience last year at the salon located in Crocker park. Never again. I wouldn’t let this business touch my cat’s nails.

I had a 10: 00 appointment. The tech rolled in around 10: 20 with a bag of Burger King.

The only request I had was to make my nails even. They are far from even.

Four coats of polish was used to paint my finger nails. Even after sitting under the drying machine for the allotted 5 minutes the polish on my nails peeled right off. It was like having bubble gum stuck to my nails. Even after at least an hour of my toe nails drying, the polish came right off my big toes.

Also, this seems to be a shady business. They don’t allow for tips on credit cards. Only cash or you can send a tip separately through a cash app. But you are also instructed not to label it as “a tip. ”

Save your money.

I paid $75 this week for the worst dip polish change I’ve ever had. I get my nails done approximately every 2 weeks, and have gotten dip powder every single time for the past 5 years. This experience was probably the worst service I have ever received. The nail tech promised she knew what she was doing. But as we went through the service this nail tech did and redid my nails endless times. She didn’t put a base coat under the dip powder and after watching my own services over the years know this is a necessity. She put chrome on, which I asked for, but had to redo it multiple times because she couldn’t get it to lay right. My nails have bubbles in them, the chrome isn’t even, and they are not what I asked for. Now not even 5 days later I have two broken nails… but I will not be going back here to get them fixed as I know they will charge me as if it were my fault. Horrible quality work.

I love Kim! She’s by far the best nail tech I’ve found in the Cleveland area. If you’re looking for someone to do absolute amazing things to your nails, look no further!

I wouldn't come here they break people stuff and laugh about it 10/10 wouldn’t recommend if I could give zero stars I would.
