Nails & Co, Beachwood OH

Just left, and I'm not happy. Had an inexperienced women give me a pedicure, the worst ever.never again.plus the place is dirty.
They really need to step it up otherwise its game over for this company.
Told another nail tech and she laughed and said "HAVE A NICE DAY"

I visited Nails & Co to receive a fill-in. Stacy did a wonderful job. She was nice and also very helpful in picking out my color for me. I will definitely be back there. I’ll give this place five stars!

I'd give it zero stars, if I could. I asked for regular polish and was given the worst manicure ever. Sat to dry for 50 minutes at the table and they look like this less than 4 hours later. I called to complain and was told I have 3 days to get redone. I have to work and can only come on Tuesday. I was told that my money doesn't matter and that's my problem. I asked for the manager and was told he might call me back if he has time. She then said she was the manager and her name is Stacy. I don't belive her. They do great pedicures here. Stay away from the manicures and don't get regular polish! And she hung up on me twice.

Guy did a great job on my nails and they were looking very bad. I am planning on going back to him.

I've been going here for years, great service at an affordable price, and the staff are amazing.

Very messily done manicure. The lady that did my nails didn’t ask what shape or length I wanted and cut my nails down super short (not what I wanted or asked for). There are bubbles in my gel polish and the edges are messy. It’s just not worth what they’re charging for them. It was done messily and she seemed to rush through it. The bride in our group was very unhappy with her nails and has to get them redone. Very disappointed.
