Nails on 5th Ave, Columbus OH

$105 for a gel mani/pedi that looks like a child did it. Lumpy, polish all over my skin, incomplete matte coat coverage, and hands left to soak in acetone so long they are wrinkly and ashen. It felt like I was being pranked.

Edit: The manager, Kristy, texted me on my personal number in response to my review. I never gave the business my phone number so they clearly harvested it through other means. I asked her three times where she got my phone number and she won’t tell me. Lowering the star rating. This business is terrible.

I’ve been going to Nails on 5th for a little over 5 years and I’m never disappointed. They all do such a great job! They’re quick, but don’t rush and always have a little extra touch to make it a pleasant experience. Great prices and great company. Highly recommend

I always have an excellent experience getting nails done at this place. I've had gel manicures and pedicures and have been amazed at how long the polish has lasted without ever chipping. They are attentive to details, kind, and very professional. The salon has none of the unpleasant odors I associate with other salons I've attended. A great family business!

Always quick and quality service from this team of professionals! Even when housing a group of people who were hostile towards the owner, she kept a smile on her face and maintained a professional demeanor.

It was not good the lady attached like she was so busy and mad was not a nice place or friendly at all never go again. I took my daughter for her birthday and got hers done too definitely did not make her feel special or even
really talk to her everything was so fast not like the times they said onlin. It's just not good place if you want have a good spa day with your little girl that 15 years and they say they are all about family and stuff but I did not get that vibe at all was all about the money and how many people they take care of in a day.
