9I get my nails done here. They are the most awesome group of women. The designs the polish everything's phenomenal.
Went with sister for pedicure, staff was very competent and very friendly. I was very pleased with the experience and the results. Would definitely go there again.
I drive about 30 minutes just to get my nails done by these gals. And i have alot of nail salons where I live but I know I will get a amazing job going to nailtek.
Had an appt for my granddaughter and myself 2 different ladies. Both great! The place is clean and there are lots of choices for colors. Thank you!
Waited over an hour for initial application the first time. The girl that put my nails on went over to the "pedicure station" did Not put protective gloves on and started cleaning out the tub where someone's feet were just in, DID NOT WASH her hands and came right back and held my hands & lady next to me still working! Definitely won't ask for her again. Unsanitary at best. When getting the nails balanced, They're supposed to sand the under side of your "old nail" not only for looks, but mostly to prevent fungus and dirt from accumulation. You MUST ASK them to perform this task as they don't perform it as they should.
I always get Kelly or Dee when I want designs on my nails. These girls do an amazing job every single time I come in, with reasonable prices. I love them!
All of the employees watched me walk in and let me sit for an hour before approaching me and letting me know they were appointment only and didn’t have anything for another hour. So inconsiderate. I’ll never go back.
They are all so great and super nice I love going here. I have been going there for over a year.
Im not a person that likes to do this but if it’s something that needs fixed then maybe this will help. But I’ve been here multiple times and have always been very pleased with my service. Today I had an appointment I booked online, which three weeks ago I was told by them that it does work and they are aware of booking that way. So today I showed up at 5: 35 for my 5: 45 appointment and nobody said a word to me the whole time, and I think the girl that was supposed to do my nails took some other lady at about 5: 50-5: 55. So eventually at 6: 10 I was tired of waiting so I left. Nobody asked if I had an appointment or anything which they usually do. Plus it doesn’t help I had drove from Nelsonville which made me a little more angry because it was a big waste of time
