NAPA Auto Parts - Genuine Parts Company reviews
7I called ahead of time and asked if my parts were available in stock. The staff here is very knowledgeable and helpful. Currently they are under temporary hours though because one of the employees had a surgery.
Enjoy doing business here the associates are so helpful and knowledgeable Best auto parts store around without a Dell
Not a bad experience website said they had the parts I needed but the store did not. Went to the store on Sullivant only to be told to go to the store on Broad and neither one of them have what I needed.
Usually have what you need, or can get it from the warehouse pretty quick. Average prices with the other parts stores.
Battery problems? No problems here. Employees are kind and fast to help. Got me on the road in no time.
The guy that was helping us was not professional enough because every question we ask he was replying with I don’t know and also ask for high amount until we double check the price. He was very rude.
I went in looking for something for my husband. I asked the employee at the front for help locating a grease gun and he snickered at me and then proceeded to be condescending. The next person that helped me check out was equally as unhelpful. Instead of helping someone who was unfamiliar they chose to act smug.
