I have them for trash service and rented 2 roll off containers. They have been so professional. They answer the phones right away. No recording or automated system. They do the service you ask of them.
I looked up their number because I needed to ask a question about their taking something larger and I was surprised they had only 3.3 stars! I've used them for about 11 years and they've always provided reliable trash service at equal or less cost than other companies servicing our location!
It seems a lot of complaints are about billing and stickers.
1.) Billing - We've had a cart for about 9 years. I set up automated bill pay for $22 each month from my checking account, and it's a pretty simple arrangement - my bank cuts them a $22 check each month and mails it for free, they come pick up my trash each week, and I never hear from them! I know someone complained that they didn't have auto billing or take payments on their website, but if you use autopay for everything like me just set up a recurring payment via bill pay - I mean they raised their rates once in 11 years so it's basically set it and forget it!
2.) Stickers - Yes, the stickers don't always stick to the bags well, especially if you live in the country, so you know what I did? I tore off the stickers and stapled them to the bags! Pretty easy! And someone mentioned the inconvenience of having to know when they come to give them a check - well guess what I did? If I wanted stickers I just put a check in an envelope, wrote NAT on the envelope, and stapled it to the trash bag and they would drop off the remaining stickers on my front door (and just deduct if say I only had 1 sticker and needed 3, I paid for 10 or whatever and they left me with 8).
Absolutely awful experience for me and my husband. The man named Mike is beyond rude and disrespectful. The way he speaks to people is so rude and makes it seem like he’s better than the next. Can not express how disrespectful and awful this service is. Linda was kind but Mike was awful.
A company is only as quality as their employees! I must say, my trash pick-up fella is AWESOME! Always very friendly, waving, and goes out of his way for us! I hate to admit, we have forgotten to take our trash to the curb a few times and he walks clear up to the house for us (don't test it because I am sure this is above and beyond service and expectation)! We truly appreciate our trash pick up man and I hope he is well compensated because he is worth it
We used N. A. T.for approximately two years, in which they used our gravel semi-circle driveway as a turnaround point for their route. We recently spent almost $20,000 to get our drive way paved. The paving company specifically recommended that we don't let the large, heavy garbage truck turn around anymore as it will cause damage and wear on the new driveway. We called and they said they understood and for a couple weeks they didn't access the driveway, but as soon as the barriers were removed they continued to use the driveway as a turnaround. When calling again to discuss this, the company representative was very rude and condescending to me. In addition, when we proposed a work around that would add maybe an additional 2 minutes to the drivers time, they said they would "pass". Very unprofessional and rude. Safe the headache, choose someone else.

They send out a bill every month and I don’t get it until a day before it’s due and they expect a on time payment then charge me a late fee place is a joke
Joke. They won't do bags but use a sticker system instead. They demand you set the trash inches from the road, not one foot more to keep it from being run over and torn up. 4 times in 6 months I have had to call and leave trash out for a week because they did not pick it up. Always an excuse.the guys didn't see it, there weren't stickers, someone probably stole them, they probably blew off, etc. Then get a better system! Nope, its more fun to force people to buy more. I special arranged and paid in advance for a large item to be picked up. It wasn't. Had to call about that too. Way too many reviews where they nickel and dime people and are nothing but a hassle to deal with
I use NAT for our weekly trash pick up and was happy with the information I received when I contacted them to order a roll off (cleaning out the basement after 25 years). The gentleman that I spoke with was extremely helpful, didn't try to get me to pay for anything more than what I needed for my job, in fact he tried to talk me into taking it myself so that I didn't have to pay the $140.00 fee, and the roll off was delivered when they told me it would be. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!
NAT is the best - they were our weekly trash pick-up for 12 years. If we had more trash to pick-up or had junk or construction or garage cleanup stuff to pick-up, they took that too. Great customer service
Just got a phone call frome Nate i think his name was. At 6: 55 am because i have not been able to pay my bill of like 30.00 bucks, unfortunately i am waiting on my unemployment to come in. So he said they were coming to pick up my can this morning and they would dump my trash in the driveway if i didnt get i cleared out before they get here this morning. Thats really nice. Also you have to buy a money order and send it it because they dont take debit. Wheo the hell calls someone at 655 am over 30.00 bucks in the middle of a pandemic! Loosers!
Very fair priced, friendly employees, takes extra bags for an extremely small fee. Highly recommend NAT Transportation for all your refuse needs.
I used them for a month, but in that short time I was treated very well and would recommend to anyone. I had to part ways because of the lack of the ability to pay online (I'm 21, I'm not buying checks, okay). If that was implemented, I'd still be using them!
They will charge extra for the lid being up a slight bit. I messaged on facebook and get a response to call the office and then get a rude call saying they dont do bussiness on Facebook. When we first went with their service the driver was great, it went down hill since then. Needless to say I canceled the service and was told to leave the tote at the road. It was picked up and I received a phone call saying it was along with being told my tote was over weight but I wasnt getting charged. I had informed the company that I have had to take pictures to prove I do t have extra trash.should have to do this. Overall I have not been pleased with extra charges and they way the guy on the phone talks to people
