So, you do the smart thing and get an extended warranty for you car. However such warranty knows what kind of car you have, sells you the warranty knowing full well it doesn't cover your transmission type. Why the heck did you sell me something I can't use. Why was I told it covers basically everything except basic maintenance (oil changes, brakes ect). So they can get my money that's why.

I talked to them Wednesday asked if my car was covered they told me yes, the car place calls and said oh no we don't do dry dual clutch transmissions only wet. I gave them my specific car and everything. Shame on you for lying to your customer. You cover everything except my type of dual clutch transmission (dry) seems a little suspicious to me. Don't use them, they're awful for anything you'd actually need help with. Buyer BEWARE! Wish zero stars was an option, because that is what you as a company deserves. Money hungry, that's all they are. And I paid a pretty hefty amount for this warranty.

Heather is right! I just had the same thing happen to me. They wont cover my powertrain problem because i didn't get permission to have my oil change done somewhere other than the dealership we bought the car from. We live about 2hrs from where we bought this car and have had regular oil changes. They don't care that the car was maintained and taken care of, they just want a rule in place that they know you wont know about, and saves them from having to cover the problem.

Just tried to file a claim for my Warranty “Forever” and was denied because I didn’t get the work done at the dealership I bought the car at, even though I provided all proper service records. Do NOT recommend this warranty.

Absolute GARBAGE company. Sells a product and service they cannot fulfil. Ever been stuck on the side of the road for over 24 hours because they cant get you a tow truck. You will when you get this warrenty. Ever called a company and got transferred all over to every wrong department until the call disconnects? You will if you have this extended warranty. Find out before you buy your car and if this is the extended warranty they offer DO NOT BUY

While I can't speak for the rest of their insurance plans the Gap insurance is an absolute Joke I would not recommend anyone to use it they overcharge and under deliver for it your better off with the lower monthly payment and hoping your insurance will cover as much cost as it can for a not at fault accident they will try to weasel their way out of any payment despite charging you over 800 dollars for a 3 grand finance absolute waste of time going through them.

I have several warranties through them, one vehicle I haven't needed to use it yet thankfully but on the other vehicle there have been 4 claims in the past 2 years and NAE has paid out around 4500, so I have gotten value out of the service contract and the vehicle was serviced by dealerships in IN and OH.

BUYER BEWARE of Cole Valley Cadillac in Warren, Ohio and I highly recommend you NEVER buy any warranties or service contracts from NWAN, Inc. - Ohio consumers should be protected from these two companies.

Whatever you do DONT BUY THIS WARRANTY I've been trying to cancel it for 4 months and now it's been 2 and a half months and I still haven't received refund I call them they say it's canceled but the dealership keeps telling me the people I need to talk to aren't in. I guess I'm going to have to sue the dealership?

Absolute con artists - an organization that is completely founded on fraud and deception. NAE /NWAN is not in the business of providing warranties and servicing them - BUT - they sure do put forth a TON of effort in order to get you to believe they are! Website looks legit, seems like they are a forward thinking org. DEALERS AND VEHCILE PURCHASERS BEWARE! The moment you have signed the dotted line on your purchase NAE/NWAN is looking for every possible way to terminate your warranty. I bought my vehicle (used 2013 BWW) because I was shocked to find an aftermarket warranty on a European car. My purchase was an online purchase out of state and I paid more for my car and chose this car with slightly higher miles DUE TO THE WARRANTY. They actually honored one claim.then realized how expensive it was to warranty a BMW. Denied future claims, regardless of me providing documentation of eligibility. I caught them in MULTIPLE areas of "bending" the rules of the contract to support their reasoning for terminating the warranty but then not allowing those exact same exceptions to be used in order to keep the warranty active I asked for upper management to call back - they never did. I asked for copies of recorded calls which they claim to have - but they would not send them. I asked to review the calls together without them having to send them and they refused. This org is a MASTER OF DECEPTION AND DECEIT. DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH THEM - you will lose money on cost of goods and on legal expenses that don't add up to the cost of the warranty repair - NAE/NWAN knows this. They are highly trained in calmly providing bad news and then putting you through massive loopholes if you want to make an effort to battle them legally. Just watch NAE/NWAN will gracefully respond to this message and provide contact information as if they want to help - but it will lead NOWHERE!

Terrible experience! Have been on and off the phone with them the last week about a part going out of my car that was labeled in the contract three separate times. After asking for the contract and highlighting it so send back I was told my shop needed to call and fill out a claim. We called together and we were told they wouldn’t be covering the part or taking any information for the claim. Called tonight with a supervisor and was told I was lying and that no one had called. Very disappointed and regret paying so much for something I can’t even use.

Update called back and was met with very unprofessional staff and was again told myself and the shop were lying and took a few more weeks to receive compensation that was not the correct amount.very disappointed with the entire experience would never recommend NAE/NWAN to an interested party or purchase myself again, save yourself the hassle.

If I could give 0 stars I would. These people have completely scr*wed me over. My car has a oil consumption problem, and after running a full consumption test they told my tech and I that they wanted more data. Did one more consumption test and then my main line blew because of the oil consumption. It's taken them almost a month to agree to pay for my engine rebuild because they wanted my engine to hit failure and they agreed to pay for a rental car. They told me that they can only reimburse me for a rental car because my dealership doesn't have any. And I don't have any money to pay for another rental car because I've had to have a rental car for the past month because they didn't wanna pay to just fix the initial issue. If a dealership offers you a warranty from NWAN dont bother, its not worth it. They are a nightmare to work with. They also wanted to charge me $240 for a tow. This company is not worth it.

Heyy guys- I worked hard for this company and showed them a thing or two. Trust me when I say there is politics in everything! They fired me after a 120 review and it was a blessing! No hard feeling's at all. During my exit interview the manager called the supervisor by her wrong name (hahaha I couldn't stop laughing on the inside and I remained professional and didn't say anything. It just goes to show you that this company has negative energy. I am way smarter than my supervisor at the time " Carina" who is not easily approachable. She will put her emotions and feelings over what's best for the people and company. I am in a good space and happy now so there is no reason for me to be telling lies. I have a lot more information and scenario that occured but! Like I said I'm smart and I know knowledge is power and I'm not gonna give extra feedback so they can improve lol. Falon I hope ur not angry cheer up lol.

Called NWAN today and talked to one of their claims adjudicators regarding a service company that has been working on my RV because of a lightning strike. I tried to explain to the rep that this company is overcharging for their services and that this company (Dufourfun in Leeds, AL) is committing insurance fraud. They were paid over $700 to replace my 50” tv and never replaced it, and how they were about to charge my insurance $440 for labor to install my electric fireplace that only requires being plugged in and 4 screws to hold it in place until I told them not to do it because that was a ridiculous amount for labor on that unit. The NWAN rep didn’t seem to care about them keeping the money on my tv or the blatant overcharging of services.

Bunch of crooks. They voided my warranty because I “did not get pre approval before taking my car to new dealership a year ago”. Point is, I did call and had the dealership approved but I could not prove it, the CS representative said that she did not see any records of my call. Stay away from this company, they will come up with all sorts of excuses to void your warranty.

This company is a piece of garbage. We were informed that we could take my vehicle anywhere and have services done by the original dealer as long as it was a Chrysler dealer. When my vehicle needed the repairs, we were informed that it was not covered. We explained that we have had all services performed by a Chrysler certified dealer. Their response was the dealership never called to report oil changes or repairs. The company is now not covering any warranty on this vehicle. The first was for $3500 and then the second was $5100 for repairs. I would never recommend this company as they are a joke and state that every time something is done to your vehicle they are supposed to be notified. I would have given 0 star rating due to the inaccuracies this company will give.

Had a wheel that was marred and bent beyond repair. Because it still “held air” they will not stand behind a wheel replacement but would rather a shotty repair to “potentially fix it” be done. Terrible terrible customer service

This company is the most unethical experience I have ever had in the business world. Because of one missing oil change record they denied my 8400 transmission claim which of the transmission has absolutely nothing to do with engine oil… I understand if I caused the problem to my vehicle myself, of course a warranty company should have no legal obligation to cover that but this is transmission related and I have a 200,000 mile warranty on it and I’m only at 100,000 miles… We are only missing one oil change record and even with that I’m only a couple hundred miles over there a grace period for oil change records … And they used a loophole in the worst way to avoid paying a completely valid claim… This is the reason we paid a large amount extra to have this warranty included and now we are out of pocket almost $9000… Two dealerships I talk to said they would not sell these warranties anymore because this company is so crooked and unethical… I’m so heartbroken and I have to share this story if anyone else is researching to consider using this warranty company
