Nationwide Arena reviews
2250/50 after the games over and everyone is gone, all the vendors aren't open (I wanted ice cream), where did a real pizza company go? I'm just all confused by the post covid arena
It was an awesome experience for my 1st NHL game. Came from southern Indiana. Love the cheap event parking also!
Clean restrooms and seating areas. Wish the sound quality was a little better or captions on the jumbotron. Couldn't hear/understanding them interviewing people during the game. (And I am not elderly or hard of hearing.) But a fun time!
The Blue Jackets organization along with the arena staff did an excellent job in COVID-19 protections for the game. Wish the players were playing more as a team, busting their butts rather than mailing it in. We deserve better, Coach Torts deserves better. Come on CBJ, out of your Blue. RISE!
Went for Phil Collins concert. Parked right across the street an hour before the concert time for $15 for event parking. Lots of places to eat within a block. Staff was efficient and friendly. Restrooms clean and stocked. Steps are steep to seating area. Chairs are very very narrow but still comfy.
Really enjoy events at the arena, for hockey I like the upper bowl. Plenty of parking options usually starting at 10 dollars. Plenty of food and drink choices, priced as expected. There are a lot of restaurants around the arena for before or after to enjoy.
Went to see Maroon 5 and i thought they did a great job setting up for the concert. Will definitely go back to see another!
Always good experience, come once a year for blackhawk games last 8 years, always top notch service.
Good place to catch a hockey game. Went here for a concert, doors opened 60 minutes prior to start and it took 35 minutes to get in the building. Mass of people standing in the rain with lines off the property because of entry choke points. Didn't seem to have any system for lines. Otherwise good experience once in.
This place wss awesome! There wasn't a bad seat in the house. Drinks were very expensive but i expected that at an arena. There are quite a few entrances with the metal detectors so it didn't take long to get through the door. I wouldn't park there because there are so many other parking places that are less expensive within walking distance. Sound is great as well!
It is a nice experience and location. The only negative thing I can say is that a few employees were rude.
The staff is always very cordial and helpful, I have always enjoyed the facility at whatever event I am attending. Obviously I could complain about the prices of the vending, food and beer is insanely gouged but those are the times we live in. I would love to rate a one star for prices alone but my review is heavily weighted by those who work the events and the cleanliness of the facility. Great job Nationwide staff, thank you.
Wow what a place and great facility for our Avon general session of 5000+ Avon reps. And our own concert from Rascal Flats.
Main place for concerts and ticketed events in Columbus. Very big and clean venue. Vendors inside are typical of what you'd find in a stadium, sold items are very expensive. Great restaurants surrounding the venue. Parking garages available.
We come often for events, concerts and family get together's the area is so nice and perfect for pictures anytime of the year.
Absolutely love. We had our Avon RepFest there this year and our Free Rascal Flatts concert. Very friendly and helpful staff
Smaller venue which means no bad seat is possible. Didn't go to the concession. There are many food places in the area to check out before a show or event. I'd eat and drink prior to entering.
Watching Rascal Flatts was the best concert I've been to, confusing parking but still was all worth it
Great venue but the stadium seating is not built for tall people or people of a larger stature. It was very uncomfortable.
