Nature's Outer Beauty Salon, Cincinnati OH

My husband scheduled an appointment to be seen today. He and two others waited over an hour and Sarah did not show up. He did not receive any form of communication to say that she was running behind or may need to reschedule. Upon his return home, I learned that she is regularly late, just not as out of schedule as today.

This is very inconvenient for people who are taking time out of their schedule to set an appointment. Today was my husband birthday. We had to quickly find other means for him to do something for his day which was extremely complicated since it was last minute

Getting his hair done was a part of my plans of getting him out the house. Getting your hair done is relaxing and as a hard working man, he really needed that comfort.

It saddens me to write this bad review of my sister but he will not be returning. His hard earned money will be spent with someone who is respectful and considerate of his time.

I got my locs in 2017 when I came into the salon. Service is great. Sis Israel did a great job with putting coils to lock my hair even though I got thick hair.

Today was my first visit at the salon. The stylist did excellent work on my hair. I will definitely come back again to get my hair done. I enjoyed being there. I received excellent customer service.

I went for a brief consultation. The vibe of the shop reminds me of New Orleans-the bayou, Erykah Badu, Mother Earth, kind of mystic. Parking is limited. You can find a parking spot on the street.

I went to Nature’s Outer Buety Salon and I got the best service the stylist there are amazing and funny and they still kept your hair looking amazing while you where entertained by them. Love my hair and wouldn’t change it for the world. - Katie

I went to Sarah for starter locs. I was excited and nervous about how they would look initially starting. She explained to me what to expect. Not only was it peaceful at the shop (we were the only two there) she is also very friendly and tries to get to know you. I already have my first re-twist appointment scheduled and I'm looking forward to continuing my loc journey with this great loctician.

Drove an hour to get to this location. Sarah was awesome. She gave me an amazing shampoo & hot oil treatment and tamed my dreads (I have been palm rolling myself lol) perfectly. Awesome and relaxed environment.and wifi! I loved it.coming back again for a re-twist.

If you want your hair to be natural this is the place. Sarah has gotten my hair healthy and looking great!

My experience was great! The shop gives you a home like old school feel it’s not modern at all but they do great hair! Mrs. Sarah did my hair she did a great job and she was fast! She didn’t have her clients waiting long which was great! Come with extra money because they have great products for sale!
