I had an appointment with Dr Patel yesterday afternoon regarding my foot surgery that I need and all of the pain that I am experiencing.
My pain has gotten worse so I made an appointment for Telehealth. The nurse that answered the phone name was Robin and she said that with all of that pain I need to come in so I did which was a horrible experience for me!
When dr. Patel entered the room after I waited for an hour I could tell he was very upset by his mood and the questions he was asking me like why did I have to leave early where did my child go to school. Well how far is your daughter's school and questioned how far away from that office?
He obviously forgot about the orders he had written a month prior regarding my broken toes he acted like he was confused as to why I was there I felt humiliated like I was bugging him. If that wasn't enough dr. Patel started yelling at me at the top of his voice asking me what doctor do you want what doctor do you want!?
I have PTSD so when he started screaming at me about a question I came to him to answer it made me feel, well I guess there's really no words.
Be cautious with this doctor everybody because he does not have your best intentions in mind!
