Outstanding service. Staff was very attentive to what I wanted for the church. Floral arrangement lasted for both Palm Sunday and Easter.

Spur of the moment trip from across the country to surprise the woman I love. I showed up right after they opened at 9am to custom design a bouquet for her.

The kindness and love shared by the gentleman and lady that were running the shop that day was amazing. They both went over the top and out of the way to help design the perfect set up and colors for her.

My family and I have spent $1000s with this company. I alone have spent over $300. I purchased the Precious in Pink bouquet for $49.99. It looked vaguely like the picture. Smaller than a Birthday card, and they didn't even have the correct vase. I was truly truly disappointed. A dozen roses with ferns and baby's breath would have been nicer. Throughly disappointed. We must find another florest.

The flowers we ordered for my Grandfather's funeral where almost dead. My family was so disappointed. We want be using this florist again.

First pic is what I ordered from florist website. Second pic is what was delivered. I was very disappointed in the differences between the two photos, especially in the quantity of flowers that were received. Arrangement delivered looked skimpy to say the least. I don’t necessarily mind the substitution of types of flowers used, just that it didn’t seem to be full at all and not as advertised.

Great place to pick up planters.and friendly customer service. Willing to answer any question even when its from the smallest customer with A LOT of questions.

I appreciated the added touch and the sprucing up of a plant that had been sitting on a for sale shelf.

FLOWERS were gone in 2 days. They were not fresh flowers for the 80 dollars that was paid for them

The guy was rude. It seemed like he didn't want to even help or try. It took forever to be acknowledged when we walked in i assume its because it was only him in there. I went in to ask him questions about a bouquet for my wedding and it seemed like he just didn't care.

I asked for a flower arrangement with Ohio State colors for $100 out the door. The arrangement was beautiful it had the Ohio State colors and ribbon, to date it is the best flower arrangement I have purchased from any florist. Nice work!

I grew up in Cleveland, but no longer live there. Been a customer forever & call Nela Florists to this day! Always easy to work with, fantastic customer service and beautiful arrangements! I wish they had a location here in Michigan. I love the personal touches.
