I went to leave yesterday and noticed I had a flat tire, I called Nelson and Bob and asked if I brought the tire and would they be able to patch it, or replace it. They told me to bring it in and it would be no problem, this was at a little after 3 o’clock in the afternoon and they close at 5: 30. So I brought it in, they got to it right away and they patched it for free. It was an exceptionally nice thing to do. I will continue to keep returning whenever I need their assistance.

Excellent service! They were very friendly and up front about any costs. They got my vehicle repaired in short notice. Most car repair work is very costly but I think they have fair pricing for the high quality work they do. Highly recommend.

Little brother had his clutch replaced and the exhaust bolts broke. The fix for this was welding in a C clamp instead of actually fixing it.

If I could give this 100 stars I would. First off the lady who helped me her name was Gail. Nicest customer service I have ever experienced. I would recommend this place just for that alone. Secondly, the price for tires and everything else is the best price around. Will definitely be coming back.

Not good reviews here.been back twice for the same thing.simple wheel alignment.pulled to the left after first alignment now pulling to the right after second alignment.this is with brand new tires and all new suspension. Waste of my time to continuously bring it back and wait for hours.seems like I should be put ahead of everyone else to correct issues.they should drive further to feel and see if car operates correctly not just where they do drive.this is with multiple cars I brought there.this is not a bad review but not a good one either

Great customer service! Low cost solution for a tire repair with a very quick turnaround. They even stayed open an extra 10 minutes so we could pick it up same day.

Work great, but pricing changes from each clerk? And offers five year warranty but adds $50. A tire, so your paying for it.

On our way back home to Louisiana and had a tire issue. The gentleman at the from counter not only got us in right away, but he checked and repaired the tire himself and sent us on our way without charging us a dime and wished us a safe trip home! Exceptional service and kindness! Thank you!

Won't be getting tires here again! After being talked into a more expensive set of tires, I noticed I had a bad vibration. I stopped in and told them I thought I had a defective tire. A gentleman behind the counter said he knew they had that problem, but thought they had gotten if fixed. He preceeded to tell me all they could do was check to see if the tires were balanced, nothing else. So much for supporting local businesses.

Busy business! Ask for Jeff he will take care of you. Highly recommend this place for all services to your vehicle. And if it's not to your standards they will make it right.

My preggo love of my life works right behind there business and the battery died. Im 40 minutes away so i call Nelsons tire and Scott answered and was instantly out the back door and had the car running within seconds. Very appreciative and this is definitely the type of place id take my vehicles from now on.

Took my car in to get 4 tires put on and scratched two of the rims. Tried to give me refurbished rims and then when it was time to go in to put the new ones on they told me only one of the rims came in and this was after I called them to make sure the rims were there. This was 7 weeks after they scratched them. It took them 2hrs and 32 min to change two rims out because I was scheduled for 11 but everyone takes lunch at once from noon on and was told would only take 1hr. Sat there with the kids and wife just waiting and waiting. I will never go back to fireman again!

Extreme price gouging. I am a mechanic that did not have access to a strut compressor (which can be borrowed for free at at autozone) but thought that I would spend some money locally, so I dropped off 2 brand new struts and 2 brand new strut plates to be installed. Which is literally a 5 minute job. It takes longer to air up 4 tires then to do the install that I was having them do! They charged me almost a $100! $80 for labor and $8 was an environmental fee when they did not have to clean do clean or dispose of anything! They are absolutely taking advantage of people and I will never recommend or be back!

There the best in town. I have trusted there work for the last 30 years. Awesome service no matter what there doing to your vehicle!
