First time ever using this shop. Very impressed, they where very friendly, honest and seemed to really care about helping their costumers out. I had friends that where mechanics and honestly I really don't trust too many of them. I will defiantly be a returning costumer.

One of the most important part of a mechanic shop is the ability to be honest with the customers. Being able to be transparent with them and tell them exactly what is going on with the vehicle. Well, this shop has exactly that. I went to this shop for a second opinion and they told me a very different story from the first estimate I received. HONESTY, PROFESIONAL, AND QUALITY. I WOULD RECONMEND THEM for your car needs.

These guys are great, I have an old rusty chevy with a rotting out shock frame tube. They cut out the tube, replaced it and reinstalled my shocks, the truck rides so much better and less noise and ride disturbances. Great work!

These guys are the BEST! No matter if it is a basic alignment or if it is an issue that no one else can figure out, these guys will get it taken care of.

Absolutely great customer service! Very courteous and professional! Should you need a professional and precise computerized alignment to be set to your vehicle manufacturer’s angle specifications this is the place to go. Highly recommend this shop!

I give 5 stars to Nelson Frame because the Owner of the shop was very honest with me when hi hock my Freightlaner Cascadia in to the alignment machine and after he run a test he said I don't need anything done on the truck that everything was fine he don't even charge me anything for the time the mechanics spend on it. I definitely highly recommend Nelson Frame to all my friends. Thank you Nelson Frame.

I refuse to let go of my 2001 Sequoia that has/had a rusted out frame. After a few days at Nelson my frame is welded and I feel safe back on the road again.

I came in with a weird complicated alignment job for this company which was recommended by LV performance on South High Street which this family of mine recommended me to get my 2000 Crown Victoria aligned at this place they steered me away from Firestone on South High Street because of the Dirty Work that they do anyways got my car aligned and drives perfectly straight these men know their job and what they charge you is fairprice I recommend them I would write them 100 out of 100 if I could thank you guys!

Called around to 8 different places for an alignment including a visit to Mercedes dealer and no one had the correct equipment or to align my car due to having wheels that wouldn’t accommodate traditional alignment tools as well as the car being lowered. I was referred to Nelson after checking around for weeks and got my car into them. They were able to perform an alignment without problems because of their modern laser alignment rig that doesn’t touch the car. The price was less than the dealer and done in a more timely manner than previous experiences elsewhere.

I went there with a snapped subframe on my 2004 Ford Escape. They've been out of production for many years no dealers or aftermarket parts available. They found one for me either in New Mexico or Arizona had it brought up installed it fixed other things on the suspension and steering very good price very quality work extremely happy highly recommended.

I am more than impressed with the gentleman I dealt with today. I had been told by a repair show that the frame on my 4Runner was shot and basically a death trap. I told the gentleman at Nelson Frame and Axle that I wanted to fix it if it needed it and he looked it over thoroughly and said that there was nothing wrong with the frame and that it was even in better condition than most he's seen of the same age. Super honest people and I will definitely recommend them and come back to them in the future. A+ all around.

Right when you walk in the shop you will notice how disorganized the shop is. Broken parts, sockets, new parts all laying in the same pile

I took a truck in to have an alignment done and walked away with a bad taste in my mouth. After having the alignment completed, we were told that the "suspension springs were worn out". He commented that the vehicle would continue to wear tires abnormally, offering no solution. I asked to see the alignment numbers of caster/toe/camber but was told that the printer did not work. The mechanic who did the alignment rattled off a few values that he set the alignment too, while digging through a pile of parts for a another vehicle as if we were bothering him. After looking up the factory alignment specifications, he performed the alignment incorrectly. He set the vehicle to 0 toe, which is incorrect. Good luck telling them they did it wrong. As i was asking these questions about what they set the alignment too, the clerk smiled as if I had no clue about vehicle maintenance.

Bottom line, run fast & run far. I wouldn't let them align my lawn mower.
