Always very friendly and attentive care. My daughter has been through many ortho appointments with no issues. She is always comfortable going in to her appointments.

Dr. Diers and his staff are some of the best in the dental field. Dr. Diers is so confident and so knowledgeable, he has really changed my life with TMJ and Ortho treatment. It wouldn’t be possible without his amazing staff! From the first call and front desk to the assistants that have so much knowledge and are so helpful, kind and patient. I would recommend Dr. Nelson Diers to anyone looking for TMJ/Ortho treatment.

Very unscientific approach, uses whatever he can say to make a sale. BIG smile, friendly demeanor. Ever been swindled? That's what this is. Once the staff knew we were there about a tooth related jaw issue, you could feel that you were locked into a set performance.

Checked around the Internet and there are many different places where a "review" is there that is positive, but creating an account still won't let you leave a review. So paid? All you have to do is this. Go someplace else.

Or if you decide to go there (we were referred by our dentist, so we went in trusting the reference), watch what happens. Do they address your reason for coming, or try to tell you OTHER things you should do? Do they try to tell you your posture is bad due to your teeth? Do they go straight to a laminated picture of a V shaped mouth vs a U shaped mouth, and recommend many thousands of dollars of work, that your tongue doesn't have enough room, that you need mouthguards and more? Do they suggest following their recommendations will fix unrelated medical issues? Danger!

Don't get me wrong, this guy is a master of showing off his knowledge of your anatomy, and pushing on places hard enough that anyone would feel pain, then saying your pain is proof that you need these things. Seriously, you will recognize this "script" if you go. Take that as confirmation, then get up and leave, then leave reviews on Google and BBB and WebMD and Vitals and Healthgrades so that other people not as smart aren't swindled. His nurse is part of the "show". It's a routine equipped with laminated cards they already know they will use, regardless of your condition.

Neither the nurse nor Dr. Diers is objective, though he works hard to create the appearance of being thorough. BE SKEPTICAL or be sorry. If you are careful, the worst you will lose is an hour of your life being sold things you don't want, and walking out with a story to tell. If you give them the $500 they want to start, well, read other people's reviews. Good luck. God bless.
