8Not only did they have everything I needed for my project at a reasonable price, but the staff were VERY helpful and friendly.
Best selection, best overall service, and best all around lighting anywhere in Ohio or PA. We shopped stores from Pittsburgh to Erie, Columbus to Cleveland and NEO was by far the best we found. John Laforge is the most professional, caring, and knowledgeable person we have met in years, and he helped us with our design options, and even drove from Chardon to NW PA to install them! After being refused service by other lighting stores (Frank Mihalik pay attention) even though I am under doctor's orders to NOT wear a "mask, " we were greeted and welcomed here. (of course, they complied with regulations.) SO refreshing to be treated as free Americans! Don't waste your time shopping all over - come here! And be sure to ask for John!
We are very happy with the lighting we received from NEO for our entire home (new construction). Steve was very helpful with such a daunting task. Couldn't be happier with the customer service, selection and the prices.
We cannot begin to thank John for his impeccable advice and design ideas. His service and ideas have both been spot on. Not only is he great at his design concepts but he is so much fun to talk to! If you have any lighting needs, please consider this wonderful local gem!

No respect for customers, they refuse to wear masks even though the Govenor mandated them.

They have a sign on the door to wear masks.
But, the people working the counter were NOT wearing them! I called them and the man at NEO laughed at me, I told him I took my business to home depo.
