Based on the reviews I was nervous to
Go into this store. I have been there twice and have had nothing but a positive experience. The workers are incredibly kind and helpful. I’ll certainly be back!

Despite being first in line, we were loudly accused of trying to cut in line by Patrice when we moved away from a sneezing and unmasked woman (who came in after us.) They then served the sneezing woman before us (who again, had come in after us.) We spend hundreds of dollars here every month, but I’m so frustrated and annoyed by this experience I might start looking at other options.

Update! On another visit today, this same woman, Patrice (Patricia?) stopped us at the front door and asked us how she could help us. I put on my best happy face and said, “We’re just here to buy some coffee. ” Her response? “We don’t sell coffee. ” Dumbstruck, I pointed to the wall of vertuo pods behind her. She got flustered and said, “You wouldn’t believe how many people come in here and try to order a cup of coffee. ” Our cashier seemed embarrassed and apologetic about Patrice’s behavior.

Extremely disappointed in this store. They first told us they were at capacity when we entered, so we waited outside and when two people left, we came into the store. Then, when we entered, they told us to wait in line. When they wanted us to wait behind people that were getting an entire demo of the machines? I'm literally here to grab refills for our Nespresso. It made absolutely no sense and the workers were not kind. Will not be returning.

LOVED IT! The workers treated me so well! It was my first time at the store. I was able to easily choose what flavors I wanted. Will be back again!

Extremely rude older lady. No compassion. Will not support this store as long as that KAREN still work there. Not good for business!

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience every time I have been there. Regardless of if they’re busy or not. My most recent visit will be the last time I ever go to this store and I may stop using Nespresso products all together due to my experience. The representative named Matt was unnecessarily rude to every person that walked into the store causing three people ahead of me to leave in frustration.

The store takes the “boutique” concept too far. To the point that it’s actually an incredibly unpleasant experience. I was reprimanded on one of my first visits for try to look at the boxes on the wall too close. I was NOT picking them up, just looking so I could see the box that looked like what I had received through the mail. I was told I could look at a piece of paper and to stay away from the display wall.

Between rude staff and an over complicated ordering process this place is an absolute waste of time and patience.

Rude!
Made a special trip to the store with full intent of purchasing a nespresso machine after researching the compact sizes and bluetooth capabilities. There were 2 employees assisting other customers when my daughter and I took 2 steps into the doorway. We were rudely asked to “STOP & wait there & we will be with your shortly”. I guess you’re not allowed to browse the store without a guided tour by an uninformed sales staff member who couldn’t answer basic questions about the machines. I was so excited to purchase a machine and coffee but after this horrible experience I walked out with nothing and plans to purchase a Kurig. Won’t be back.

Employees are rude as hell, they do not greet you act like a customer being in the store is an inconvenience to them. I thought maybe I'd give it a second chance and it was just as worse as the first time. I rather just order online and pay for shipping then walk foot into this store again.
