We come here every year to make ornaments. The staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating.

Robin was fantastic. She was hands on and explained everything. She was positive and upbeat. It was a fabulous class.

They make it impossible to schedule anything. Went back and forth with email and phone call attempts for 6 days to schedule a simple event, agreed on a time, only to be told when I called to pay that they no longer had any availability. Not quite sure why in 2022 they still can't figure out a reservation system, but they seemingly don't want business.

What a hidden gem this one is! The trainer was fantastic- very knowledgeable! Dont remember his name. We loved seeing the whole process and enjoyed making a glass christmas tree!

Everyone should give glass sculpting a try! The satisfaction that comes from creating something from your own design with your own hands is immeasurable. The staff at Neusole is passionate about their craft and their enthusiasm is contagious. Highly recommended!

Had a great experience here! Instructor was very patient and helpful showing me how everything works and guiding me through the steps and safety precautions. He also showed me around the gallery/gift shop and explained the different techniques used to make the pieces. Will be back and definitely recommend!

My granddaughter and I made a turtle pendant today in the flame shop with Robin as our instructor. She did an awesome job of explaining the process and techniques. She made the experience fun and rewarding. I would definitely go back and recommend this to others.

My intructor was amazing! Very knowledgeable and patient with me. The only thing that disappointed me was my bowl came out very noticeably misshapped. But the whole experience was nice.

Took a class with my daughter at Neusole Glassworks, it was an awesome experience!
Our teacher took us step by step through the process of blowing glass; he was patient & helpful, answering all of our questions, and he took his time showing us the proper way to use a variety of tools. And the facility itself is really nice, clean and spacious. We each made a glass bowl, they came out beautifully!
(I am currently using mine as a candy dish)
I highly recommend this place, and I will definitely return for another class.

Don't have a phone if you're not going to answer it. I swear I've called this place multiple times everyday of the week and haven't had a person pick up. I had to go out of my way and drive 50 minutes just to talk to somebody to schedule an appointment. Sadly I've finally found a place worse than the DMV.

I cannot thank Ali enough for going above and beyond to find pipe that was latex free so I could participate today. Great business, great staff and really cool activity! We will be back!

My sister and I gifted this ornament making class to our mother for Christmas. She collects unique ornaments so we thought this was perfect. We had the best time! Adam was awesome and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and after teaching us on our first ornament we were able to independently make our additional ornaments.
