Nice owner. Repaired my soles nicely. Unfortunately could not apply regular soles to my Ferragamo driving shoes. I had to ship those to Rago Brothers in New York.

I have not visited yet but his phone manners were impeccable. He is very busy so I will wait a few weeks before taking my items in. Although I hear he sells supplies for DIY. I'll rate again after my visit.

Preston is very helpful and will replace my dance heels on the spot. It's cool there are still experts in this craft in America!

I had my boots re-soled. Preston not only did a great job of resoling my boots but he also polish them for me. He's a very nice gentleman and I would highly recommend him. I am happy with both the work and the service

Excellent repair. I had some stitching break on a work boot and he was able to repair it so well that I can not tell the repair from the original factory stitching.

I bought a pair of Nicks Smoke Jumpers. They were loggers and custom fitted from Washington. They were $550.00 and they guarantee the fit. Well they were way too tight so they said send them in we can stretch them. It’s cost $28 to ship so I went here and let me tell you. I’m soooo HAPPY. They are perfect and the gentleman who done the work was so kind and wanted to make sure he did a good job. I’m taking my Danner boots there next week to get resoled. This place just just got a customer for life and I will spread the word. Thank you sir job well done!

He does an EXCELLENT job at his craft. I have taken multiple shoes and leather purses for repair. I have always been SATISFIED with his work!
