First time in thiz BEAUTY HAIR STORE the PRICES were kinda High but I NEEDED a few things to get my hair done so I did Purchase a few things oh an I will say the STORE IT SELF WAS VERY CLEAN AN ORGANIZED VERY NICE INSIDE.

The staff is decent, the light skinned lady was kind to my daughter and I. The selection sucks, the prices are high, the locked items make it a hassle to shop there. I waited to get my items unlocked, the worker took my items to the checkout, long story short they didn't get rung up. I realized it when I got home, I'm not going back. I'll drop in there if it's a emergency but I'm going to try to buy the things I need online.

You have to find a clerk to unlock any thing you want to buy. Every thing has a lock on it. Kind of a hassle. But what can I say. If you want to shop there thats the way it is.

They are a little on the high side when I comes to price but they were overall professional and I found everything I needed.

Good stuff, they could have more variety in their bonnets but it’s a cool store if you know what you’re looking for. (Natural hair queens)

My wife loves shopping there, the only problem is I wish I had more money to spend on her I love her, my Angel Baby they are kind and patient with their customers, very cool absolutely amazing Sincerely Clay Murphy.

I didn't go there I stopped at a different place actually it was a dollar store right next door

I like Star beauty and it's a more professional now the people are a lot more nice and I like it that they play Christian music the place is always clean and I like how they the service you get there.

Great selection, low prices and the staff is helpful. My only complaint is that you can no longer try on wigs due to, what else but Covid19! I'm getting pretty fed up with every business using covid as an excuse for asinine things. They have tester makeup to try on but don't allow people to try on wigs. Where's the logic?

No returns on products bought here not even after five minutes of already purchased product. Inconspicuous sign. Nice variety of items though

It's okay, but unkept. They had what I was looking for but many items were not stocked. Product prices are slightly high but typical. However I would likely shop this store again.

The lighter skinned cashier has attitude problem and was very short with customers as if she’s irritated because she was trying to multi-task. It’s not my fault she have to price items, stock and assist customers. She chose to apply & accept that job. I almost didn’t purchase anything but because i had been out shopping all day I was tired of running around. I spent almost $100 but never again will I patronize this beauty supply ever again. Also she let a situation with 3 women get out of control and didn’t do anything. What type of people do you guys have working your business? Yeah, so thank your worker for running off another customer!
