I called yesterday to find out the hours for the New Vision Lab in Wapakoneta. The website says 6A-6P, so I called to confirm. I asked about the hours for the "New Vision Lab in Wapak". I was told 6A-6P. So, I get up early, drive in town.and they're not open. Now, I'm going to have to miss work to drive back into town. She could have taken a quick moment to check, but she didn't. That's poor customer service.and really lazy.

Right in & out in no time. Staff was pleasant & helpful! No complaints here at this time! 1st visit was yesterday.
