New Wong's Chinese Restaurant, Wickliffe OH

I've lived in the area my whole life and just now decided to try New Wongs. Amazing! And I'm picky, lol. Great food and service. The older lady that works the window is super friendly! I highly recommend eating here. The Singapore Mei Fun is my new favorite! Hoping the dining room opens back up soon.

Super good, good food and given a huge amount. Always very polite and friendly when picking food up. They also pack your food up so well. All in all great food, great service and great prices! -

I ordered a few different combinations. I ended up pulling a piece of wire out of my mouth from the sweet and sour pork.

The customer service is good but like the previous comments said the food isn’t good it’s bland I had shrimp fried rice and couldn’t finish because it wasn’t good but the shrimp egg rolls were decent but more pricey then other Chinese restaurants

Very good food and great portions. It’s just take out - but the two ladies in the front are so sweet!

I used to order from China Mountain on vine st, but not much these days. I tried New Wongs last night for the first time. I was so happy to have a great meal! The food was fresh and hot. I ordered sweet and sour shrimp with fried rice and egg rolls, excellent food! Portions are big. Great experience and I will be back.

This was the worst Chinese food I ever had! Rice horrible, Ordered chicken wings horrible, ordered 2 orange chicken’s the worst I ever had, egg rolls nasty. I did learn not to order from Chinese restaurants open on Monday. Will never go back even if offered a credit. Flat out Nasty, should call my card company and decline payment that’s how horrible this food was.

New favorite! The service was very friendly, the food was very good and in large portions. Definitely a bang for your buck. Will be back again!

I can't say what their food tastes like because I showed up on a Saturday when they said they were open and the doors were locked. Was already ordering from someplace else when the employees rolled up an hour after their posted opening time? Fix your hours if they're different now at least.

Friendliest and excellent authentic Chinese food. Just hate when my order is messed up and items are missing.
Otherwise, love this place

Everything was excellent! I am shocked that this place is so good. We thought this was a cheap take out. Food is of highest quality.

We tried for the first time today, I have been wanting to try this place based on the reviews.
It’s weird, the quality of the food tasted good but there was no flavor. I got the empress chicken that said it was spicy, there was no spice to it at all and no flavor but the chicken was cooked well. My boyfriend got the sesame chicken and it was the same, no flavor, not even sesame seeds. The rice was a little dry. My kids got the sweet and sour chicken which was the same, chicken cooked well but no flavor. They got a lot of chicken! But I will say the egg roll was phenomenal! I am just being honest and don’t mean to bash the place but it was just weird having no flavor to the food. Like every meal tasted the same, But thank you!

The Wonton soup and egg rolls are fabulous. My husband got the governor chicken and I got the sweet and sour chicken with fried rice. Very clean restaurant. Fast and friendly service
