Last year i was there to have a crown put on. I waited over 45 minutes in the waiting room (this was a weekday morning) before i had to leave for another, more important appointment.the issue was that they ran the procedure through my insurance and the lady at the front told me I would only owe $200. Prior to calling to reschedule, they sent me a bill for over $560. I attempted to ask them about why it wasnt $200 like i was told and they were confused like I was making it up.they sent it to collections right after i got off the phone with them.they still wont get a dime for how they treated me and i will not be going back there.

I love Newark Family Dentistry. We have been with them for many years and they have always been wonderful. They work around our schedule and get my kids in at the same time so I don’t have to make multiple trips. They do what they can to make things easier on us. We love the staff and Dr. Marc Lewis.

Dr. Lewis and his team take personalized care of you from the first time you call. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help with all your dental needs. I drive almost two hours one way just to go here. They will answer any questions you have fully and patiently.
