I was greeted, taken care of immediately. As soon as my paperwork was done I was taken to a room where my history was carefully taken by the nurse. She took pictures of my teeth and the doctor came in directly. The doctor was kind and thorough, explained what he found and advised me well so that I could make an informed decision as to my treatment.

I have enjoyed my routine visits to the clinic. I will miss Connie since she is retiring this year. She and the med staff have all been tremendous in insuring my check-up health.

Don't be late! If you have an unexpected delay or shortcoming, they will cancel your appointment. There is zero tolerance for any delay at this business and you could find yourself waiting an additional six months for another appointment. As a business owner i am aware of scheduling infrequencies and am very unsatisfued with the way this business handles their affairs.

My experience today was very informative and helpful. The detail to cover my situation and options were very well explained and discussed. I would suggest to anyone needing these types of services to choose them. The dentist as well as the dental hygienist were very knowledgeable and comforting.

My first visit was pleasant and informative. I felt confident in the explanations of what procedures needed to be done. The staff and David Basali, DDS, MS were proficient and friendly.

Terrible. I wasn't listened to AT ALL and left paying $130 and NO ANSWERS. A complete waste of time and money supposedly a referral was supposed to go in for some kind of specialist but don't think it was. So sad nobody listens to their patients anymore. Just really really sad I wish I could give no stars what's the point of having to pay out all that money to get no answers.

Newark Periodontics is a gem of an office. Dr Basali is truthful, careful and very thorough at his craft and his staff are loving and caring people. I live in Columbus but the drive is definitely worth it.
