I wouldn't live here if it was free rent. Office manager is awful and hateful. She yelled at my gson because his hand touched a bush in front of an apartment we were walking in front of. I have never heard a kind word from her. In the back apartment there is trash everywhere clear out to the street. I was hoping when they had new owners they would have NICE descents office people. She is very prejudice. Be where.

Run Fast. Terrible buildings terrible apartments. Seems like they're taking people for granted because they don't understand. I had a orange sticker when i moved in before i moved. Run hateful staff. Run

Any toddler in this complex could control their temper better than the manager of its office. Hopefully one day they hire someone for this position who can carry out their role professionally and maturely. Until then, proceed with caution.

Management was not the greatest, unsupervised kids running across the streets with trash all along the road. Apartments are clean inside with no issues with immediate neighbors.

I would give -100 if I could. When I moved in there was dog poop and cat throw up everywhere on the carpet and the best part is when talking to the neighbor whose sister lived in my unit I found out there had been no pets. I was charged moved out fees for problems that were there when I moved in and I had documented. Roaches galore. I have never had someone treat me as poorly as the manager did who also liked to yell at her employees infront of customers. The health department should condemn the place.

Bad service to the apartments bad maintenance never fix things well and people that work there all ways causing u problems for everything

Incompetent management. They don’t fix anything, bedbug infested, roach infested and mice infested. Save your money and look elsewhere.

I dont live here but I just wanted to say when you drive by the place it smells and there's a lot of criminal activity.

Worse place to live ever. Wish I could not select and star and just leave a review. The only benefit to living here is the schools. The people in the rental office are rude to say the least.their maintenance is all patchwork. They never update the properties on the inside. They'll do small things to the outside. I have never disliked living somewhere as much as I did there. It got to the point where I dreaded coming home. I had mold in my bathroom. It was so bad that it was growing in the grout. They painted the tub prior to us moving in and it started peeling within a month. The cabinet shelves were particle boards. My bathroom had a green sink from the 70s. All the lightening fixtures were the same as my grandmother's home. I believe it was the 60 era. My electric shorted a lot the only place I could blow dry my hair was my living room. My electric bill in a two bedroom flat was 669 for two months. That's with no one being home during the day. And we are good at turning out lights. They are not insulated well. Even with plastic on the windows I could feel the cold drift coming through the outlets. I could go on and on about these apartments. The land lord loves to say she's the boss and no one is above her. The girl who seats in the office upstairs but under the "boss" she thinks she is everything because she has an office. I stayed there patiently because I wanted to make my next move my last move and allow my son to finish out elementary. Best advice I can give is do not move there you will be disappointed.

I would put zero stars but it’s not an option. I hated living there it is dirty the management is horrible they are rude and don’t help you at all. The apartments are filled with bugs and rats and the hot water only last for 5 mins. The installation sucks. You will end up spending 300 dollars on electric because of the pops installation.

Terrible! I can not wait till my lease is up. I actually tried to break my lease but was told I couldn’t break it Anyway the parking here sucks. People don’t respect the fact your address is on your parking spot. The people who work in the rental office is trash! Mariana is so rude and will argue with you at the drop of a dime. Tabitha is okay so far. I’ve had mice, roaches etc since I’ve lived here. They’re gone but it’s the fact I had them in the first place. The parking lot is like Chuck E. Cheese, there is kids everywhere. The crime is bad, break ins, robberies, etc. I have kids and I have yet to let them stay with me because I don’t feel it’s safe for them to spend the night. I would give this place negative stars if I could.

I wish I could give less than one star. All prior reviews are correct. Parking is a nightmare and assigned parking is not enforced. Cars are constantly broken into and vandalized all throughout the summer. Supposedly there are police patrols, but I have never seen them. Any renovations are surface deep. When we originally toured the apartments we were shown an updated model, but then came to find out the apartment we were moving into had not been renovated at all. The walls are so thin you can hear neighbors walking up their stairs. And expect electric bills upwards of $200 in the winter. There is no insulation. I could go on. Easily the worst place I have ever lived at in this city in over a decade.
