Newton Falls Animal Hospital

I don't think I like the way I get talked to here by the staff. They don't really explain thing's that are important for the well being of my furry son!
They have a complete Monopoly in this town! So they control what they over charge.

Amazing place! Exam room was clean, the Dr and tech's were very carring, the explained everything. I will be back.

This appointment was to have Missy groom my 17 year old cat GrayStone. She needs to be sedated for this. We reviewed her medical information together and Missy answered a few questions I had. When I returned later, GrayStone was still groggy but she looked good. Missy always does a lovely job! During her grooming, Missy found a sizable lump under GrayStone's front leg. One of the vets examined it and I will be following up on it. I've been going to Newton Falls Animal Hospital for about 20 years. I've had 5 cats treated there. And they still care for 3 of them. All of their staff are kind, caring and concerned about your pet. And their groomer, Missy, is great!

We love taking our dogs to them. They help with whatever I need. They were awesome with our Ruby.

I took my Llaupso Apso in as she was not eating or walking without help. They got us right in, examined her and diagnosed her as tweaking her neck. The vet, Alex, was very kind and helpful, answered all of my questions and concerns, provided a prescription and we were on our way, with peace of mind.

Had to take an animal that was pulled out of a house fire there. Without question they agreed to take the pet. They treated the pet and the family great and the family was able to take their pet home less than a week later.

The staff was very friendly and the took there time to explain all options for my pets care it was very informational, they were very polite and caring welcomed us like family

I have taken my pets to Newton Falls Animal hospital since I have moved back to this area 6 years ago. They are always kind and considerate and good with my “kids”

I have been taking my dogs to the Newton Falls Animal Hospital for many years. I have gotten new puppies, and also had family pets pass. This clinic is well staffed, compassionate, and kind to all pets who are truly family. I would never consider another clinic for my beloved pets.

First time at the clinic. My cat was very sick they were very compassionate with her. But she was just too sick and I had to put her to sleep. But they were very thoughtful and sent me two condolence cards. Def would go back, and they are very reasonable in price!

Always takes good care of my dog. I have been to vets that treats animals like they are just animals. Newton Falls animal Hospital always treats my dog like its part of my family and not just another animal. I will continue to use them.

Good care is provided but I've had several poor interactions with snappy desk women and I'll be transferring my animals elsewhere. Today was about the last time I let them speak to me unkindly

Hi. We took our year old puppy for her shots and to be sprayed. The doctor's took such good care of her! They explained anything to us that they were going to do. They called us when everything was done, how she did and the time we could pick her up. She was happy to see us. When we took her back to get her staples out they said everything looks good. We love our Grace!
