Miyuki is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market, she knows all information like location characteristics, which area is good for investment, which area is good for value appreciation, population distribution, industry distribution etc. Originally I know the general picture of Columbus area by reading articles she shared. It is a very important start before our cooperation.

2. Miyuki have rich experience in her field, my serval close friends cooperated with her and bought houses both for living and investment. The return on investment is pretty good. All of them give Miyuki high praise and that's the way how I know her.

I have worked with multiple real estate agents in the past, and I honestly felt that most of the time, their value-add did not justify the commissions earned. So when I met Miyuki, I had the same skeptical view towards her. After having worked with her and closed on 3 real estate transactions (1 buy, 2 sale), I reevaluated my skeptical view about real estate agents in general and completely changed my view about Miyuki in particular. First of all, she is very business-savvy and resourceful when it comes to providing an one-stop shop for her clients (ie, remodeling, financing, deep cleaning, staging, photography/video, social media/marketing, etc.), and her team and/or partner relationships do them all. She is hardworking and responsive at all hours, and is a tough negotiator too, on both sides of the real estate transaction. She tries to really understand what her clients want and need, thereby finding the most suitable properties for them. She is honest and has a perfect balance between being not too pushy yet confident & demanding enough to better represent her clients. Miyuki is introspective and constantly strives to improve herself, attending seminar and continuing education to perfect her knowledge base and skillset in real estate. All and all, Miyuki was by far the best agent I’ve worked with, and she is so young and has so much potential; her value-add is way bigger than the commissions I paid, worth every penny.
