My husband and I have bought and sold multiple homes over the years. I have to say working with Michael Auge was the best service we’ve ever received. We contacted several different lenders before making a decision. Michael stood out from the first call/zoom call. We made the choice to go with him and are so happy we did. He was in contact each step of the way throughout the whole process. He was always available to answer any questions and was very responsive to emails or phone calls. It was nice to meet him face to face at the loan closing! He set expectations from the beginning and met those expectations throughout the process and beyond. I hope to never move again! But if we do, we will definitely reach out to Michael. I will send our friends and family to him as well.

I would give zero stars to Dovenmuehle/NFM if i could. The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. No response to repeated requests and response for confirmation of items sent, took 6 MONTHS to get a refund for double payment to which had to get my broker involved (he’s the only intelligent and consistent person there), it still took 2 months after that. Rude and unhelpful representatives who give you different information every time you call and their website is never up-to-date with account information. Even sending items certified mail with signatures verified, they lost documents.
