Dale and Tim got my door replaced while we was having the baby in the hospital bc how cold it was outside! We came home to a new door that seals correctly and no draft anymore stays warm in the living room! I enjoy chatting with dale and Tim they are great guys Iv never had any issues with them at all we have lived here for probably 5 years or longer and recently got our own apartment and it’s been great everything works the way we need it to!

Rude staff who speak to you like you're not worthy of respect.and I was lied to. I'm very disappointed on how I was treated and lied to about my rent that I paid completely before movning in. I also tried to call corporate to discuss how I was treated 3 times and they never bothered to call me back, obviously i needed to discuss this but they ignored me.i have a long list on my treatment. There's mold in bathroom, stove was filthy underneath, dishwasher smelled disgusting no matter how many v times I ran it while it was empty as I wouldn't wash my dishes in that smell. At first I didn't care because you can clean anything and make it a home. One good thing is the basement is great to have and neighbors are lovely. I like the dog bags for waste and the walking trail nearby. I'm seeking legal advice as this has been a terrible experience. Thankfully I have proof that I paid. I have now moved to a much better place where respect is shown and feels like home.

The physical condition of my apartment was substandard. There was a running toilet, which should have been addressed prior to rental which an excess single month bill of $250. The stench of the dishwasher was that of raw sewage. There was new carpet and fresh paint, but this completely overshadowed by these equipment failures which should have been identified by conscientious repair staff.

Outside of rent being higher than what I feel it is worth, it is a great place to live. Safe, quiet, friendly staff. I had a few things that needed fixed and the maintenance team was quick, friendly, and really helpful. I would leave 5/5 stars but I pay $880 for a 1 bed room upstairs apartment, and because of the set up I have one window and a sliding glass door. Everything else has been great!

If you use the residential app for any maintenance requests expect a 5 week response time and after hour services are never helpful within reasonable response time, but the people that answer the phone are extremely nice and they're just doing their job.

I lived in this complex for 3 years. At the beginning it wasn’t bad to live here. This past year there has been new maintenance employees and new management that don’t want to do their jobs. The rent has reached almost 900, which is not worth it at all! The apartments are very out dated, their renovations on the outside but the interior is terrible. The YMCA near the complex is a problem and the Management doesn’t care. If you have a problem it’s not going to get resolved. It took them 2 years to update the laundry room on site, because they were completely destroyed. I’m leaving this place when my lease is up. Good luck to any new tenants… your going to need it

Glad fan in bathroom finally works hasn’t worked since I moved in got tired of asking for it to be fixed after a year I figured it would never work.
