My husband and I recently decided that we wanted to buy our first home. We had an FHA loan, a budget of 180,000 and we needed a home that could comfortably fit our family and that was move in ready. So it was a pretty tall order to fill. Nicole was amazing. She answered all of our questions no matter the time of day. She rearranged her schedule so we would be the first ones to look at a home when ever one popped up that fit our needs. And in a few short months we ended up purchasing the perfect home that was perfectly in our budget and perfectly fit our needs. It’s in a great neighborhood with great schools. No doubt we wouldn’t be in this house without Nicole. She worked for us like we were purchasing a million dollar home and I will forever be grateful and forever recommend her!
